My first visit to McAlister’s Deli was overall pleasant, with a few minor hiccups. The menu offered a wide range of options, including plenty for kids. Although there was a mistake with my sandwich order, the staff quickly fixed it, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Nothing special about it. Baked potato was huge but overcooked so hard. Spicy turkey sub well the cucumber tomato salad was spicier than sub. No heat. Chili was ok. Mac n cheese cold and no flavor. Coke out of a can at 3.49. way overpriced. 66.00 for 2 people

My partner and I went for dinner this evening and we had just gotten our salads when he saw something peeking out from the salad. He pulled it out and is was a USED FOOD PREPERATION GLOVE!!! OMG, we were both so disgusted and gagged! He took the plate to the front and the employee was also disgusted and offered a refund but I wanted to talk to the manager. I could hear her talking to the manager who was DENYING that it was possible that could happen. The employee finally convinced her to come look at the plate and when she did she barely apologized and only offered to remake the salad. Really??? Do you think we want to eat at your restaurant now? She then processed a refund for ONLY his salad. When I questioned it she said “well, you didn’t say you wanted a refund for yours too.” I am beyond shocked and p*ssed!! I don’t even know how you attempt to make this right but this was not the way to try and keep your customers. I obviously will never return and encourage others to be VERY careful going here. GROSS!

We tried a large variety of things. The number one thing that stands out, aside from ALL of the food being good-great, is that the sandwich bread wasn’t hard. For me, I can’t eat much breading, chips, etc because it tears up the roof of my mouth. Not an issue here. I’m in love!

I must start out by saying I LOVE McAllister’s Reuben. I ordered the New Yorker today. It was extremely dry but well packed with meat. The side dish was a joke. Tomatoes and Cucumber salad was good but filled less than half a small cup. What a waste when you order a $10 sandwich and overpriced tea. I would prefer no side than a small serving like that. Maybe it’s a newbie cook or just this location. Clean and nice service though. Disappointing trip.

Why is McAlister’s SOOO SLOW?? They are making deli sandwiches, not cooking prime rib or anything for that matter!! They really do need to work on speed, not to mention they are VERY expensive for what you are getting. 2 sandwiches with a side, 2 drinks, and carrot cake came to $38.37…. explains why I don’t come much.

I got the McAlisters club and fruit and it tasted really good! I used to love coming here for the food and specifically for their sweet tea, but this time their sweet tea tasted unsweetened and watered down although I saw the cashier pour it from the sweet tea spout. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back anytime soon because the customer service was not good at all. The staff was rude and had an attitude and this was not the first time this has happened. Kind of disappointed.

First time visiting n very disappointed. I ordered a half of club and soup. Sandwich had a 1/2 piece of ham n turkey. Dumplin soup had one dunplin. This meal was overpriced and in the end it left me still hungry.
