I have visited McAlister’s on several occasions. The food is full of flavor and their menu is comparable to Jason’s Deli (with a few exceptions here and there). Within the past 2-4 visits there has been an problem with my To-Go order. Either missing items, items not cooked how I wanted or taking longer than usual to prepare my order. Tonight will be the last time (for quite some time) that I will be visiting here. Why?!?

So far, the food is still decent. The service however, I am surprised it is still open. I had a pick up order and waited almost 10 minutes in line with just two people ahead of me. The app said to just walk up to the counter, but there was only one person working the counter, even though there were three people there. The store was not busy either. The employees definitely moved at their own pace. There was a drink with my order that would’ve been forgotten because the person didn’t check the ticket. This location just continues to go downhill.

“NOT A GOOD DINING EXPERIENCE” we’ve eaten here before and we really enjoy the nachos, however, this time there was hardly any chili on the nachos. when we brought it to the server’s attention, she offered no apologies, instead advised that we would have to purchase additional chili if we want more. maybe next time we’ll have better service.

I always get the club with broccoli it’s amazing. I haven’t tried the ice tea but they say it’s good. I also tried the Brookie (brownie/cookie) for the 1st time it was good. Great place to eat!

I visit this McAlister’s almost weekly. The food is good, it’s a little pricey for lunch. They have a wide variety of selection and the employees are very nice and the restaurant is clean. I will continue to visit this restaurant, you should give it a try.

I don’t think you get enough veggies on your salad. Salad dressing terrible. (13.00 was alot for a plate of lettuce no avocado was on it Chilli no good.

The McAlister’s Deli Experience (Walk-In Edition). On this day, I chose McAlister’s because it was a rainy day and perfect for soup. I walked in, and someone greeted me once at the counter. So, I ordered their “Choose 2” meal option. Then, I selected their Savannah Chopped Salad that comes with grilled chicken, dried cranberries, gorgonzola, honey roasted almonds, tomato, and cucumber on mixed greens with their sherry shallot dressing. I also ordered their Broccoli and Cheddar soup made with cheddar and Monterrey jack cheese mixed with chunks of broccoli in a creamy base made from chicken broth. The service was decent and prompt, and I was out of the door in no time.

Had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Nobody in the restaurant. Potatoe salad didn’t have a lid and portion was tiny. Looks like 2 spoon fulls. I asked the staff of the portion was correct. She told me they measure 4 ounces and it was. If you pay for a side and get a portion this small, that doesn’t fill half the bowl vertically or horizontally, you know you’ve been ripped off. Bad experience.

This was my first time eating here and everything was amazing. There are a lot more things that I want to try on the menu and I’ll definitely be back and I definitely will tell all of my friends and family about this place this is the bomb.

Food here is great but a bit expensive. Sandwiches come with a choice of 2 sides. Many options, all are great. Baked potatoes are immensely huge and loaded. Ice tea is refreshing, free refills! Staff is friendly and keep you topped off. All in all a great spot.
