The staff was really nice and our server whose name is Rad was rlly dope :)))) we went around lunch time. food was amazing per usual , we sat at the bar and what I really enjoy about small businesses is how they engage with their customers. The people here rlly want you to enjoy your time and food , the birria ramen was out of this world. I ordered the ramen with shrimp tempura which satisfied all my cravings. I usually go to the one in Huntington, it was so cool to finally visit the port Jeff location!! Will be bak

Meet the Machado Brothers! Hints the “MB” in MB Ramen. I’ve been eating at their location in Huntington since November of 2021. Not too long of course, but there’s no doubting that this place is an absolute vibe with the BEST ramen comfort Long Island has to offer! Their staff and service is always amazing so I’m really happy and appreciative that they were able to still carry that quality over to this new location. Super excited for the Port Washington branch and I’m even more excited for you guys to finally try em’ and become as big of a fan as I am!

Had take out. Cashier was very informative and knowledgeable. She could answer any question. Being new to Ramen this helped. Had the vegetarian it was excellent. Lots of food. Could have easily shared it. Can’t wait to try other items on the menu. I am hooked.

Holy smokes. From Ottawa to NYC… this is the best ramen I have ever had- hands down! Ippudo pales in comparison. They use a traditional ramen ratio for their broths, bringing a perfectly rich bone broth to house all the good stuff! Happy to know I got my collagen for the day to boot. Ordered the Very Spicy Miso ramen and it was just right on spice, heat and flavor. Food aside. The kitchen executed extremely well for being a newly opened restaurant and I’m sure they’ll be able to handle high volumes flawlessly.

Tomato cheese ramen was a uniquely tasty delight. MB is a fun tribute to ramen as well as otaku and anime culture. With lots of cool art everywhere you look, this place is a feast for both your eyes and mouth.

Food was great. Atmosphere made it it exciting with all the custom artwork and anime playing the background. On top of that, you get to play Street Fighter for free??? The only drawback is the seating…there’s just not enough. Yes they have some counter space, but if you’re going with a family, you may have to end up waiting a bit.
