Wow I ordered a Stuff Crust pizza and some Sweet BBQ boneless wings and they were excellent some of the best pizza and wings I’ve ever had and the staff was fantastic the really kind lady at the counter was very sweet and very helpful. They made me feel welcome. So I gladly give Mazzio’s Italian Eatery 5 stars. I highly recommend Mazzio’s.

I place a delivery order from here every Tuesday night. It’s always the exact same order. Yet every Tuesday evening y’all can’t get an order right if it was to save your life. So tonight I decided to order something different thinking maybe they just can’t read, but nope guess what? The order is wrong yet again. So the delivery guy says I’m gonna run back and get your missing items and took an hour and 15 minutes to do that when I live 10 minutes away. So now all my food is cold with no resolve because the call center just says I’m sorry. This isn’t the only complaint we have gotten yet, No refund, coupons, nothing.

I would like to commend the manager Gregory at this location. Such a professional and polite attitude with A touch of Southern kindness. I had a slight issue with my order and he was more than willing to hop right in and take care of me and my family and went the extra mile to fix it. Not all stores will go over and beyond as he did. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and they tasted like they had barbecue sauce on them. I called Mazzios back and they offered to replace them, right before I left to go pick them up I received a call from Mazzios basically accusing me of lying and to call corporate on Monday. Thanks Mazzios, now I’m with out $17 and no pizza!

Went in for lunch and we placed our order up at the counter/ register area. The lady taking our order acted like we were bothering her. I was surprised because we usually come in to make our orders,later in the day and the lady that usually takes our order is very friendly and courteous. The afternoon person was neither of those things. After we got our plates for our salads,everyone of the workers disappeared except one man, who was in the back making the pizzas . They really need to re-think there afternoon employees or take the time to properly train them on the right way to talk to there customers

They mess up my food every single time. I get sauce on the side of the wings for my children and they have put the sauce on the wings the last three times that I have ordered from them and it’s been about a two or three month span. The first time I went down there and have them fix it because they left out some of my food so I had to go get the food. They also took over an hour to deliver my food when I live a mile away and it was cold by the time I got it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore.
