The lettuce on the salad bar was absolutely old brown : poor presentation. The worst I’ve had since I’ve started coming here this past year. The pizza buffet was horrible as well, *cold* pizza was sitting on the buffet and unfortunately the same desert was out when I got here and still out when I left. A very disappointed experience.

This location seems to struggle with cleanliness standards and at times service. I don’t believe the customer is always top priority. The location is ok but not the best. There is a location about two miles down the road. That location will be my pick going forward. The tea urn was black and our salad dishes had black smudges on them. I would post pictures but couldn’t fingers out how.

Our order was brought out one item at a time with a wait time of 10 minutes between each, all items were ordered at the same time by the time the last item was brought to the table we were forced to ask for Togo containers. Waiting several minutes I was forced to go to the counter and get the containers myself. The manager refused to give me his name and told me that it was normal for waiting between items to arrive. Several tables were uncleared for the entire time we were there despite the fact only one other customer was dining in.

As long as you are not expecting to eat pizza on the pizza buffet your good. They brought out three pizzas about every 15 minutes. Mostly Beef or Supreme also no desert unless you count the really burnt brownies. Stick to the salad bar if your hungry and can’t seem to get the five kids standing in the back drinking soda to make a pizza. I felt bad for the girl working the counter because everyone complained to her.

The food is good, salad bar has a good selection and 95% of the time is fresh and clean. The workers are not what i would call “friendly” people but it is not really a service type restaurant so I don’t take that way from the experience. The place is kept clean and the food is good and for the most part not a long wait for your food. Parking is easy to get in and out of, even with a camper or trailer.

12-3-2016.We have eaten at this Mazzios for years usually in the slow hours and really just go there for there well stocked salad bar. Their salad bar is the best we have found in Sand Springs and just ordering pizza for the youngsters.

Iv ordered pizza here for about 2 years now. Almost evertime The pizza is soggy or the cheese is almost ripped off the pizza. I will no longer be ordering pizza from mazzios. Yall it’s not hard to make a good pizza. This location is dirty and the food is trash.
