Ordered online at 8:04. First order was burned, and blackened. Remake was dry and cold. Sent both pizzas back with driver from second delivery.. Called and was told they could not refund my money despite not having my order. They transferred me to the store manager and they hung up as the call was answered. Now they are closed and it it 10:15 and I have no dinner and no refund.

I usually never have problems with my pizza or anything from this Mazzio’s, nor do I ever write reviews. But tonight it is just awful. They brought the first pizza, still doughy, cheese melting off the pizza barely any toppings of what I ordered, “crust” was still white and clearly not cooked fully and found a pice of plastic on it. So called and they sent another order. The dough was more done this time but still just didn’t look like our normal pizza. Loaded down to grease, floppy. (Only had 2 topping on the pizza so) just wasn’t satisfied with it. But my kid was hungry and really wanted pizza and didn’t wanna deal with with the hassle and get another not so great pizza.

Every time we pick up an order here they ignore us. (We door dash) I literally sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and they saw us including the manager but never came to the window. We went in to pick up the order and still had to wait another 30 minutes!! Everyone who came in after us received their food but not our door dash food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Placed my order online was there in 20 minutes like quoted. Been an hour since order was placed now and still in drive through line waiting for the order. Always has good food but have never had fast service.

I’ve never been here so had many questions and wanted to try the new cauliflower pizza. Ariana was incredibly helpful. And she even walked my order out to my car. I’d come back because of her. The food was alright. The pizza was very small. Like my husband could of easily eaten it all by him self.

First time there and everything was great. The cashier needed to work on her customer service skills as she had no personality. Didn’t smile and wasn’t very friendly. Points off for that.

Do NOT go to the Kenosha/Lynn Lane Mazzios Tuesday night buffet. Salad bar was picked over and children were playing in the lettuce bowl with their hands. I would love to tell you how the pizza was, but I never got any. As soon as they put a pie out it was gone. I am on a walker and could not get to it in time. My salad was just lettuce and 2 ugly cherry tomatoes. There was nothing else. And that was the lettuce we saw the kids playing in with their grubby lil hands. Plastic forks as they had no flatware. As their machine was out of ice and their games didn’t work my Grand daughter was less than thrilled(6yo). In short it was the worst Mazzios experience I have had. Stopped on the way home at another eating establishment. But we were there for almost 2 hours. In that time, they put out 3 pizzas for the buffet. As soon as one hit it was gone and then a 15 minute wait for the next one to come out. We will be registering a complaint with corporate. I am not angry. Just befuddled as to how they keep the doors open. My wife fell and dropped her salad as she has issues walking also and not one person bothered to ask if she was alright, much less offered to help from the employee clearing the table next to ours. As much as I have enjoyed Mazzios over the years, I do not believe we will be patronizing them in the future. ANY of their locations. It was that bad.

All tables at 3 PM in the afternoon were dirty. Asked the waitress/ counter help to clean, she said choose another table. We said they are all dirty. I used a dry napkin to wipe crumbs. I didn’t care because the food is sooo good.
