Today is my last time that I will buy anything from this establishment. I ordered pizza 1.5 hours later still no pizza, I called to ask where it was , and Carmon hung the phone up two different times and acted like we got disconnected three times that I called back. Then who ever delivered my pizza they never rang the doorbell,just put my entire order on the ground. I said to Carmon what had happened and she ignorantly said to me, WELL YOU GOT YOUR ORDER DIDN’T YOU. Well tomorrow whenever I talk to your boss Carmon, and the boss of the delivery driver is ,I hope that both of you enjoy looking for another job…..

Had the 3 meat calzone haven’t had mozios in a while but this was pretty good I did a walk in and they took my order right then and there, and from me ordering to 8 min they had it hot and ready for me the cashier was awesome at taling my order and the food was awesome as well.

Ordered online at 6:35pm, with a 45 minute delivery estimate. At 7:55pm I contacted the customer service line. The rep was rude while looking up my order, and said it was “out for delivery” after first telling me she couldn’t locate my order with phone number. The pizzas arrived about 5 minutes later, and were both cold. Tasty, but cold.

This is hands down the WORST mazzios in the state of Oklahoma! The service is terrible, the pizza is never ready at the estimated time, and the manager is rude! I am a disabled veteran and he always says my tax exemption and military are two discounts! The fact that someone has served their country and is disabled because if it is NOT a discount!!! I never have this problem at the mazzios on Broadway. I guess I will just have to drive further for decent service!!!

Never once have I ever gotten an order from this mazzios delivered correctly. I will not be using this location anymore… maybe we should have learned our lesson from the first 4 times they’ve messed up simple pizza orders. Today’s order took 40 minutes to show up wrong, so I called in to have it fixed and it’s been 50 minutes since the correct order was “on its way” and it’s still not here. This is poor service. Learn how to read a ticket before you leave with someone’s order.

I would give zero stars for customer service. Food was ok. Arrived late but was extremely unhappy with customer service. Was overcharged but when I tried to call the store was simply told “we can’t change anything after your card has been charged” I ordered online & it appeared to be correct amount but was charged $10.00 more than I should have been. Upon calling & talking to a “quote” manager I was told call in the order but sometimes the help is new & don’t always get the order correct. Seriously????? Absolutely ridiculous. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS AGAIN
