Poor service! Waited over an hour for our pizzas, had to go ask for them, they were sitting on a counter and cold. The wings were not as we ordered, so we sent them back. Finally wings we ordered we brought to us, hot and tasty.

We arrived to the restaurant at 8:20pm. Salad bar was still out, but person working register “Sydney” stated they was closing the salad bar and it was not available. When I voiced that’s what I wanted, the worker made no attempt to offer that I could still order salad. Dinning room doesn’t close until 9:00pm. Poor customer service! We see this often dining out since Covid, closing down early, limited options, poor customer service, etc.

We love Mazzios because of the Ken’s style pizza. We’ve lost our two in our town, so we always stop at any we see and have lunch. Even better if you can catch the buffet.

if you have not tried the pizza buffet at Mazzio’s in Monett, Missouri, you need to plan on going very soon. They have a lunch buffet from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. that features a great salad bar, and a steady supply of multiple varieties of pizza. Top off your meal with yummy cinnamon sticks or luscious chocolate brownies. All of this at a reasonable price, and in today’s economy we are all looking for a good value. You won’t be disappointed!

Walked in to the restaurant and the ac was not working, thinking it might not be the best experience, the young lady behind the counter was really nice! With a huge smile she took our order, hooked us up with a free kids meal (probably sensing we were a little concerned) this changed the whole mood although she sure didn’t have to do that and when I offered to pay for the meal she smiled and said nope we got it! All of the employees were working very hard, no slacking here! Great job guys!!! We will be back! Excellent customer service!!!
