At 12:30 every table not occupied was piled high with dirty dishes, a total of 23 tables (5 occupied) with one employee tasked with cleaning. So, I bussed my own table, got my own silverware, and ranch for the wings I’d ordered, wondering why I’d bothered to add a tip to my credit card receipt at the register. There was no artificial sweetener for the tea, and when I asked the manager for some, he said they were having supply chain issues. I asked if he couldn’t solve that problem by making a grocery run, but he explained that individual packets of artificial sweetener are not available for purchase at the local stores, even though I know I can buy pink, blue, and yellow sweetener at several stores within a five mile radius of this Mazzios. Very disappointing visit, and my last.

Worst customer service. I ordered $60 dollars worth of food. I came to pick up the pizza and was told my order didn’t go through due to system being broken. Which I understood, but when I asked her if I needed to put the order back in she said, “ you need to go sit in your car and when the system comes back I’ll let you know.” She was soooo rude that I told her to cancel my order and not to worry about it. As I was walking out she said, whatever have a fantastic day.” New staff needed.

Restaurant was not clean. Ordered a medium pizza, 5 traditional wings (lemon pepper) and two sodas= $30.02!!!! How??? Pizza was good but a medium is equivalent to a Pizza Hut small. Wings appearance and crunch was good BUT for some dumb and strange reason they add sugar to their lemon pepper seasoning which taste horrible. First and last time trying. Staff was okay.
