Easily could have been 5 stars, but the cooks didn’t care to cook to order. The server was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, cordial, and always available. She was apologetic for the cooks as well. I have eaten here a few times, and the food is normally decent. There is nothing to rave about, but it is tasty while being fairly priced. I have failed to take pictures on previous visits, but I did this time. My Camarones Al Mojo De Ajo dish was disappointing. I asked for no onions and instead go lots of them, which were soggy. The dish advertised flavorful spices, but there was no evidence of them visually or in taste. It was surprisingly bland. This was unlike my previous visits, which included flavorful food. The rest of the meal was equally bland. The server is all that saved this review.

Me and my kids went out for dinner on Valentine’s Day and it was very expensive. The quality of the food has declined. Basic chicken burrito with rice and beans costs $16.98, and kids meals were $8.98 for a small meal. Very pricey. The biggest problem was my card was overcharged the next day. The manager explained that the “company” took an extra $15. That’s very sneaky. So I suggest everyone who has visited this restaurant recently, using a card for payment, needs to check their account for overcharges by this chain. I bet you, I wasn’t the only one. Terrible!

I have had Pollo à la Crema at probably over 50 different Mexican restaurants. This is the only one of those restaurants where they put the cheapest available vegetables in it carrots and celery instead of what it should’ve had which is peppers, onions, and mushrooms. They chose the cheapest available vegetables and still charge $23 that’s right $23 for a single plate of chicken cream sauce and 50 Cent vegetables. Serving size was spread all over the plate to make it seem like alot when it wasn’t..Will never comeback…

They didn’t have enough servers. I ordered Juevos Rancheros, and the dish I finally got was not what I ordered, it was unrecognizable. The server didn’t know what to say about it and just walked away. I asked to talk to a manager, and she never apologized, just made excuses. By then, my dish had been removed. Since everyone else was halfway through their meals I didn’t order anything else and was not charged.
