Wow wow wow! The new restaurant is BEAUTIFUL!!! We walked around in awe the entire time. It is so clean, the staff is very very attentive, and the food was incredible. Gosh, we’re so glad to have this place back in our community. It feels like home.

Very tidy and aesthetically pleasing, appreciated the service and the delicious habanero salsa they offered. The food was like the authentic Mexican food I know, amazing. I came from out of town and was happy to have checked it out. Good prices too.

Gone here twice recently because my family wanted to. Service and environment is top notch, but the food leaves much to be desired. The chips served are pretty low quality, they make my stomach curl and I’d rather just eat any bagged tortilla chips from the grocery store. The ones at here are very oily, and that’s my biggest gripe with the food in general.

It falls very short with the food from the old Mazatlan’s. They are trying hard but the recipes have changed on their pollo Al Diablo. And the Mole is unbearable. On a good note the Pollo Al Crema has not been changed even the Alambras was different with a heavy bacon overtone. Love the interior.

I can not describe how happy I was when they opened back up! I drove all over the valley, trying to find Mexican food that was as good as theirs and just couldn’t! We ate there tonight, and the food was even better than I remembered. Hands down, best fish tacos and Mexican restaurant around!

We’ve eaten at Mazatlan in Lynnwood, WA before and heard this place was opened by a trusted employee and his family. Wanted to see if the food was the same. Hubby tried the chicken molé. It wasn’t as spicy as he remembered and was disappointed that the tortillas weren’t homemade. My son tried the Alambre(meat, bacon, cheese, peppers and onions). He loved it. Mine was taco and enchilada(shredded beef). The meat was tender, but chunky. The horchata was delicious and the service was great. Didn’t have to ask for refills. Please serve homemade tortillas

Clean bright atmosphere with attentive staff. Good food, however it needs to come quit a bit to be the food of the previous Matzalan.

Much better than average cali-mex food. Sauces, rice and beans all better than normal. Had a small dinner combo of chili rellenos and beef enchilada. Small plate was huge for me: can’t believe anyone could eat a large plate.happily, not everything was swimming in cheese.
