This Mayuri is located within the Tunnels and I have only went here during lunch hour and all though the line is always long, the service is quick! This may be due to their portion sizes and great lunch specials. My go-to choice is the Chicken Biryani and my wife’s is the paneer curry both are tasty and filling.

I ordered White rice and Butter chicken the taste of butter chicken was really good the only problem is it’s hard to find the restaurant I was looking for the restaurant for 9 minutes which end up being under the tunnel which they have stores and restaurant under the tunnel.

The food is amazing. The packaging to go is ridiculous. Sauce everywhere, leaking out. I had the goat curry, and it was awesome, though a bit light on meat.

This place was a very happy find in the tunnels, and definitely worth the hike from my office. I got the chicken chili dosa, having never had a dosa before. It was delicious, and I really like that it was made to order. The chicken itself wasn’t amazeballs, but it was very tasty and the sauces it came with were incredibly flavorful and complemented the chicken wonderfully. I would definitely go back.

Our team went here for team lunch and good thing we came early! Around 12 pm, the line is out the door! It’s out the door for a reason. The food is really good and is packed with flavor. It tastes really authentic and the price is great. Getting a lunch under $10 in downtown Houston is a miracle. My lunch was $9.73 with tax.
