From Our Ohana to Yours
We are a neighborhood food truck specializing in Napoli style pizza for our community. All of our pizzas are made-to-order in a kiawe wood-fire oven that weighs 4,000 lbs and cooks at 900 degrees. The owner, Ty, is an experienced baker who has worked with some of the best bakers and chefs at the Four Seasons Resort at Wailea. Ty is also the former co-owner of Blue Door Bread Company, that specialized in sourdough breads. Our sourdough pizza is truly delicious and we offer a wide variety of fresh ingredients, with vegan and gluten-free options. Come try some Maui Pizza today!

This is hands down the best pizza upcountry. The dough is perfect with great flavor and the perfect char you expect from neapolitan pizza. Always cooked perfectly and unbelievably priced. All the ingredients are fresh and local. We eat here weekly and recommend to anyone looking for great food at a great price.

So good and beautifully prepared in the declared timeframe (20 to 30 minutes during the busy dinner rush). Their thin crust pizzas are cooked in a wood-fire oven and taste really similar to an authentic Italian pizza even though some of the toppings might sound really exotic to an Italian like me. Delicious!

We go to them all the time for company lunch almost every week. Ordered last week Friday and realized it wasn’t open when online says food truck was open. There was no way to cancel online and the phones has not been answered when trying to contact them. We received no refund or even a call after the pizzas were made. Pretty much told us it was our loss. I will not come nor treat my company here again.
