My chicken was so over cooked on the bottom the knife couldn’t cut through it. Left on the flat top for far too long. Very dry. They were really busy but not going to let serving food like that off the hook. My wife had breakfast and the sausage links were like pure fried fat. Just not the quality I was looking for. Pizza is probably pretty good. Wouldn’t come back.

Food is phenomenal!!! The presentation of the food and amount of food is beyond expectations! And prices are great too! definitely a must go to if in Roscommon MI either on vacation or just passing through a must stop by and try! Its not a huge place so be prepared to wait for seating or just order it to go but definitely dont miss out on this place to eat.

The Reuben was pretty good but there wasn’t much meat and the little corned beef that was on it was all piled into the center of the sandwich leaving the rest just bread and sour kraut. I had to take the sandwich apart to get an even ingredient bite. Still tasted good though. The fries are the best I’ve had in a while and the mozzarella sticks were cooked perfect. The staff is pleasant and professional and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend a visit.

Our waitress, Raven, was fantastic! She was empathetic regarding my food allergy and fixes the situation quickly. The food was delicious. We enjoyed Matt’s so much we went back for breakfast the next day. Great restaurant!

Me and my boyfriend come up here, for brakefast, every time we go up north. The food is always good. I get biscuts and gravy and the biscuts are never mushy and the gravy is always good. The staff is so friendly and the service is fast.

Pizza was spot on! So good! We have been here for all meals over many years (we come here once a year for camping) and Matt’s is always consistently excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful.
