I absolutely had a wonderful experience at Matt and Tony’s All Day Kitchen! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the manager who was really pleasant and welcoming. Our server was also attentive and on point. I came with one of my good friends for brunch on a Sunday. It was lovely, full of people and had a great atmosphere. It was a really cool vibe! I had the chicken and waffles which was absolutely delicious. The chicken was light and meticulously seasoned and paired well with the waffle which was cooked just right. I also ended with the Spanish doughnuts which melted in your mouth. They were exquisite! I would definitely return to Matt and Tony’s for another brunch. Overall, everything was amazing!

The restaurant was fairly busy when we arrived and we were seated within 3 minutes. We got a small table and received our alcoholic beverages in a timely manner. I noticed that it was fairly noisy in the restaurant and there was a fly that just stuck around our table. We ordered the pork chops, shrimp and grits, and Scottish eggs. All of the food tasted delicious. My husband said that the greens was one of the best he has ever tasted. The server was very attentive and removed plates quick from our table as we finished our food and drinks because our table was fairly small. We had a great experience overall.

The service was great, and the atmosphere and vibe were phenomena. My only takeaway would be that the French Toast was filled with Pecans. I enjoy a pecans, however, it took away from the dish. With that being said, i would definitely return to try other tasty dishes!

This was my first time eating here and I was impressed . The chicken and waffles with the Mikes Hot Honey is amazing , the shrimp and grits were delicious and the spiked coffee was the perfect touch. I sat outside; not that best idea that day it was hot , but still enjoyed myself. This is a DC-must-do for visitors or locals.

We didn’t have a reservation, however, seating at the bar was first come first serve. Sitting at the bar was a great option! The bartender was very entertaining (wish I would’ve got his name.)

First time visiting. We’re from out of town. Looked like a very popular place because even for a Sunday brunch, we’re asked if we had a reservation. Thankfully we opted to sit outside and we’re seated immediately. We had wanted it anyway because the inside was a bit too noisy for our taste. The food was amazing and lived up to the great rating. Service was top notch and made us feel welcomed. We visited other popular places in the greater Arlington area and some of those were not as friendly which was surprising because we’re from NJ and we thought we’re almost the most obnoxious. Will definitely visit again!

My friend and I visited on a whim and didn’t have reservations. The dining area was booked until 4, but the hostess was sweet and allowed us seating at the bar which was super accommodating! The bartender we had and the surrounding bartenders were so nice (and funny!) I don’t remember his name but he had a light long ponytail, and he was an absolute gem. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area, (with reservations this time!) This was my first time visiting DC and this brunch visit made it special.

This place may seem ordinary from the outside, but soon as you walk-in you’ll feel the chill vibe. For a small place they definitely know how to pack their food with flavor. Everything we ordered was so flavorful and tier drinks were also delicious. I’ll definitely be back. The only reason I give this place 4 starts is due to the lack of parking. It was a great challenge to find a spot. It’s in a residential location so there are plenty of cars already on the streets then you have to compete with other customers for whatever spot available. Other than that, this place if bomb!
