This restaurant was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh and quick. I really enjoyed the Connecticut Lobster Roll and Mac & Cheese. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family. Thank you for such a great service. The staff are very upbeat and radiate positive energy, feels homey. 10/10 would definitely recommend. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a sauce station. I’m also from CT so it was a taste of home away from home.

The lobster rolls here are just heavenly! They are fresh and buttery and the bread has the perfect crunch to it. It is very pricey, though, since it doesn’t come with any sides and costs $19.50 as of June 2023. We will be definitely back again when we crave some lobster rolls. It is self service style with a very casual atmosphere.

Since we’re much further from the lobster’s home, I’m always a lot concerned with crustacean freshness & quality – especially lobsters. No worries here! From their website: “The Maine lobsters are immediately brought to a facility in Saco, Maine where they are cooked simply and modestly.” And trust me kids, it’s amaze delish. I would spring for the Bar Harbor BLT…which is 50% more meat, including tail. Purists will enjoy the Bar Harbor Classic. Both great deals IMO considering its Maine lobster. Enjoy!

Carissa and her staff gave a warm welcome and continued family-like service. Our food came out timely and with great flavor. Oh my this was a fabulous visit to Masons! First time visit and we will for sure return! Lobster Bisque and the Classical Lobster Roll were very tasty. Great selection of craft sodas – Spicy Ginger Beer and Root Beer were excellent. Staff were warm and welcoming. You’re be satisfied if you decide to visit! Breakfast options available too!

Ordered the classic (lemon butter) lobster rolls for my family and I, and we were all pleasantly surprised! We just came up from key west where there is quite a big lobster scene and my entire family agreed Mason’s rolls were 100x better! The bread was soft yet crisp, flavorful, and super buttery-tasting. Now for the star of the show: the lobster. You can tell it is FRESH, and there is no weird/funky aftertaste that comes like some other lobster rolls have (even the high quality ones). The light taste of the lemon butter perfectly compliments the lobster meat, and I’d say the portion sizes are great. They aren’t huge, but you really don’t need much to be satisfied! The lobster bisque was also very delicious if you’re looking for a hearty soup option. I’ll definitely be back here when the craving for lobster hits again. A definite must try in the area!
