Not the best soup dumplings I’ve ever had but definitely hits the spot, especially given that no other options really exist. Beef noodle soup was divine and definitely getting that again. Pork belly rice dish was comforting. Bun was a little too fatty and wasn’t our favorite.

Delicious Dim Sum and Chinese staples that are easy to order and quick to serve.

All of the food selected was delicious. The server was friendly and the service was great. However, the restaurant was a bit noisy, so we didn’t stay long.

Needed lunch as this was maybe a 10min walk from my office went to get takeout. Tables at lunchtime were full and the pan fried dumplings looked delicious and very popular.

Mason’s dumpling shop is the spot!

The menu is pretty short and it all looked good. I got the pork dumplings and the seaweed appetizer. Both portion sizes were quite large. The dumplings, their chewiness and crisp, are exceptionally good. The seaweed is a very good side dish, big enough to share between 2-3 diners. Food came up quickly and was freshly prepared. I will definitely go back again.

Very glad my last meal in Boulder was here. I had dinner at Mason’s with 5 coworkers this past Thursday. It was a bit crowded, but clean and we were all able to sit comfortably at one table. As busy as it was, our orders started flowing in after about 15mins or so, and it was top taste!

Could be a bit on us for showing up 15 minutes before close, but the veggie rice bowl was just noodles, a few peppers, and some bok choy without any sauce or the tofu. We got fried pork dumplings that we didn’t order but don’t eat pork. Could be a good thing for others. They were rushing to close up and were sweeping under our feet while we waited for the to-go order which is whatever, but then messed up half the order in the process. The other half of the order was good.

Epic dumplings and authentic Chinese fair. Definitely the best Chinese restaurant in Boulder. Noodle soups are spectacular and apps are incredible. Try the seaweed salad, wood ear mushrooms, soup dumplings, pan fried pork dumplings, chive pockets, and braised beef noodle soup. All of it is perfectly executed!

Enjoyed the veggie small plates especially the wood ear mushrooms and a rare find of a plate of boiled dumplings compared to the more popular US fried ones. Busy place for sure!
