Great atmosphere. Nice and clean establishment. Great servers. A big menu , large assortment of sushi. They have boboa tea. Ordered hibachi with is cooked in the back not in front of you. It was ok. Then portions are on the smaller size. The rice was a bit lacking …felt like it was pre cooked ..not cooked with the meal. The steak was delicious. The sushi roll was pretty good. Overall good experience.

Great spot for lunch! Nala recommended the cowboy roll Philadelphia roll, both were excellent and came plated beautifully. The combination plate with chicken and salmon was plenty to share. Spicy edemame was great! Would we come again…yes!

I have definitely got a Japanese restaurant here in San Angelo! I have eaten there as well as takeout and both ways work incredibly. I have had sushi, appetizers, and a squid salad that is hard to beat. Take your whole family, they have delicious options for everyone.

The service is excellent, I was pleasantly surprised. Interior is nice, Japan styled. But American pop music is not suitable in this place, atmosphere is ruined. Food is not very authentic and not excellent as for my taste.

Everything at Masa is delicious. The fruit teas with boba are refreshing and served in a large cocktail cup. Definitely try the Avocado Bomb appetizer and the Ichiban Roll. Both are full of flavor and won’t disappoint.

This sushi place blew away my expectations. There are lots of roll options. And sake too, if you choose to partake. I especially enjoyed the plate art. That’s not something that I see very many places. I definitely recommend!

Hot and delicious. A little jewel of a Japanese restaurant. I loved the clean and bright atmosphere. (Seems to have degraded a bit since my first visit) The calamari seemed to be cooked on too high a temp and was undesirable. I think it may have been an off night as there was a help wanted sign also. Server was excellent.
