We generally steer away from Mexican restaurants since my husband doesn’t eat cilantro. I stopped in to talk to the staff about this restriction. They were very accommodating and recommended vcertsin dishes. We ended up with the best take out. Excellent food and excellent service. We will definitely come back. A huge shout out to this restaurant.

My partner and I had lunch there and it was amazing! We got the taco combo and I had the salsa verde to go with it. It included rice and black beans, ate it all. Then we were enticed to try the special: fried chicken tacos with ranch dressing, pickled jalapeños, onions and cilantro. After we tried one we decided we had to split an order of them. As full as I was, I couldn’t wait for more after that first bite . I think I’m gonna be full till tomorrow. definitely coming back.

This little restaurant in downtown Florence is a true culinary gem the guys are friendly customer focused and enthusiastic about the food. Nothing out of the freezer here – everything is made in-house and it is divine! We drive over an hour from the Berkshires where we are serious foodies, to try the food – glad we did!! My go to Mexican restaurant in the pioneer valley.

Masa Mexicano offers real deal Mexican cuisine! It’s hard to find authentic Mexican spots in Massachusetts. I really enjoyed my barbaco tacos with side of rice and black beans. My fried plantains appetizer was also excellent. Chris who took my order was friendly and welcoming. Prices are a little on the expensive side, but everything I ordered was of high quality and made with locally sourced ingredients. One critique ( my humble opinion) I have is I think the inside of the restaurant could be touched a bit to give patrons more of an authentic experience. I base this critique on other Mexican restaurants I’ve been to that have captured Mexican culture, etc with the interior of the restaurant. Other than that, “muy buen trabajo a todos de Masa Mexicano! Bravo!”

Oh my Lord I have died and gone to heaven! There goes my food budget. This place is epic! The food is phenomenal. The guys are super friendly, really know their product.
