Had a splendid date night here. The space is beautiful, and the food was delicious. Everyone was super friendly; they even had a signed birthday card at our table for our celebration night. Be sure to check out some of the pictures on the wall of the before and after. They did an amazing job restoring this building. After dinner, we explored a bit and checked out the cigar lounge and game room for a game of chess. Not a cigar smoker, but it is a really nice set-up down there.

I wish there were more stars that I could give this place. Truly a hidden gem that you must experience. Absolutely the best restaurant that I have ever eaten. The atmosphere and setting were beautiful. An old church converted. All the menus were tablets. From the appetizers to the main meal and dessert were perfection. My filet melted in my mouth. The night we went they had live jazz music that just made the experience even better. The staff was top notch! You have to check this place out!!!

My wife and I and her family had Sunday brunch here and we all had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, fresh and beautiful to look at. I had the Wagu NY strip & eggs and everyone had a different meal which they all loved too. Meeting the family behind their shared vision and dream was a bonus. The wine selection is 5 star for sure too. After brunch we enjoyed checking out the downstairs cigar and liquor lounge – I’ve never seen anything as impressive and will surely be back. I highly recommend this special place with a great vibe.

Excellent food, massive drink selection, and exceptional service. I had no idea what to expect and was blown away by the secret whiskey and cigar bar. Extremely cool place for any whiskey fan. I also got the ribeye and wine which was delicious. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Mary’s Vine is a spectacular gem of a restaurant and wine bar. Located in a revived church, the decor is beautiful and understated, the seats are ridiculously comfortable. Comfortable. The wine selection is, in my opinion, unmatched in Pittsburgh, and the food is tremendous. We ordered two flights of wine, they were spectacular. We also ordered two boards, and paired them up with our wines. I wish that we had been hungrier, so we could have tried more. Instead, we settled for finishing with a delightful dessert, which was just the right amount of sweet without being overpowering. This is definitely on our list to revisit soon!

What an experience last night! From start to finish, this place was just wonderful. When I made the reservation online, I was asked what the occasion was, so I simply said it was a date night. This is important later. When we arrived, we were greeted by the free valet at the door. Wonderful feature so that you don’t have to struggle to find parking. Making our way up the steps to the entrance there were these little added wine themed touches in the bricks that you could see like a corkscrew or wine glass. Sooo adorable. The hostess was so polite and kind as she took our coats and showed us to our table, which was sprinkled with rose petals! What a cute add for that “date night” reservation. Our waiter and the rest of the staff were amazingly kind and the food and drinks were timed perfectly. Now we get to the food: the crabcakes and marsala veal chop. These are some of the best crabcakes I have ever had in a long time. All lump and very hearty. Served with a side of asparagus, garnished with some arugula and micro greens with remoulade sauce.
