We ordered steak fried rice which I highly recommend!!. But in times past when I ordered I was served an amount that would feed two people. Or which would allow me leftovers for another day. Well now you are served just enough for one meal….and you pay a higher price! Not good business I think. I don’t mind paying more if the price is commensurate with the quality and amount I receive. Anything other than that in my opinion just isn’t good business

I order a burger with mayo, ketchup, and lettuce and its soaking with it to the point every bite tastes like nothing but ketchup and the sauce pours out in globs. The bread was soggy due to all the sauce and not even 20 napkins filled with sauce that I wiped off could make it better. The fries werent seasoned either, but they ended up being the only edible thing on my plate. Heres a picture of the burger’s sogginess even after attempting to wipe it off. Not going back again despite the fact that my family members burgers were okay since they didn’t order ketchup.

Went to Bears/Mary Lee Donuts on Plank Road in Baton Rouge, service was okay, owner still not allowing patrons to come in and place orders, only delivery personnel. I noticed the amount of meat used to make the patties was like one half inch thick to one fourth, now the patties are very thin for hamburgers. I brought a fully dressed hamburger only cos was 8.98 very high but taste was delicious.

Have been going there for years and food is always freshly made and delicious. Actually can’t eat all of the FF’s because they give you so many. Apple fritters are out of this world. More people should know about them because it’s hard to know from the donut sign what other great food that they have. I even went during the flood when they had no power, expecting the food to be soggy but was crisp and great. Please go and help a local small business.
