If you’ve only ever had instant ramen before, you need to treat yourself to this place. The place is a cozy little modern place perfect for a date night and parking wasn’t bad with a large garage available nearby. The appetizers are tasty, the fried squid was especially crispy and very fresh with lots of tentacle pieces. The pork tonkatsu is the classic, but the chicken paitan remains #1 in my book. The noodles are chewy and aldente, the broth is rich and you can choose your own spice level, and the toppings all compliment the ramen perfectly (especially the jammy eggs). Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant with friendly servers, a great atmosphere, and amazing food.

My second restaurant after moving to the Mueller area, and it was a fantastic spot! The atmosphere was very Japanese inspired, and reminded me of my time in Japan. The wait staff was helpful and energetic, but not invasive. I felt cared for but not bothered.

Absolutely love this spot. I’ve tried their Hakata Tonkotsu and their Spicy Tan Tan Men. Both soups are incredibly flavorful and rich. I can say the same thing for the chashuu that was on the Hakata Tonkotsu where the meat was also very tender and melted in your mouth. The marinated egg was also cooked perfectly and had flavor even though it may not look like it from the outside. I enjoyed both bowl’s but I think I’m going to have to give it to the Hakata Tonkotsu since their broth was slightly more flavorful than the Spicy Tan Tan Men.

Their soup was thick and delicious. We tried both chicken broth and tonkatsu broth, both are amazing. They have the best ramen in Austin. However, the service was a little slow perhaps because they were short staffed, and one of our orders did not come and the servers didn’t notice. Other than that, I will still go back for their ramen.

Went to this cute ramen place for the very first time tonight and our experience was 6/10. Our server was attentive but not super friendly.

The portion of ramen is so generous and the sides and rice bowl are good. $2 beer of 5-6pm happy hour is a good deal.

One of the best ramen I had. Simmering hot with fresh chicken and other garnishing. Loved the egg that was half boiled that came along. The Paitan Dx comes with a chicken leg quarter thats filling and beyond. Best thing they can vary the spice level. Good portion. Quick service, our order arrived in minutes, literally no waiting. Would love to go again to try other dishes. Friendly staff, excellent location.

When this place first opened, I was so excited to go because I heard that the food is actually authentic, and I was really impressed. I took my friends here a few times within the first month they were in business.

I’ve been in many Ramen restaurants and none of them can beat the Ramen at this place. The broth is perfect and the ingredients are always fresh. The staff is also very friendly and helpful! Greetings to Andy, such a good guy! He brought me the best ramen. Love this place and will definitely come back again.
