Tasty bulgogi bibimbap and Korean fried chicken. They include banchan and soup in some dishes. The japchae was on the bland side and expensive – as with everything on the menu. The owner was really nice and friendly, she even said that her mom is the one who cooks!

Heard this place from yelp, so gave it a try. Had soulongtang and spicy rib soup, both are very good, kind of home style cooking. The meat on the ribs are soft and the soups are flavorful. Portion is good, too.

Amazing Korean kitchen! Was so happy to have found this local restaurant. Love all of the sides, the lunch beef bulgogi box is my favorite. Very welcoming and kind host, feels like going home when you eat here.

Ordered the first time from here. Overall positive experience and the staff seem very nice. The foods were packaged well and nothing spilled. Compared to other establishments, their food is not as intensely seasoned (people who are used to heavy flavors would say bland). There was a surprising variety of banchan (10 different items), again on the less-salted side. There was a homey feel to their food.

Decent authentic Korean Restaurant. Bit pricy given that everything is served in carry out plastic even when eating in the restaurant. $18 for Bi Bim Bap is not out of line but the proportions are smaller compared to other places. Left a 18% tip but sort of regret it. Not because the service was bad. It is just that there was no real service. It is more of order and pickup and eat. Very much like Flame Broiler. NOT a sit down restaurant.

My first time, on July 23rd, around 3:15 pm, for a late lunch. And it started brilliantly: black walks, clean wood veneer floors, and shiny wooden tables and benches felt more like Seattle than an LA suburb. The young woman at the front counter was hospitable, like a host. She started with appetizers of tofu skin, potato salad, kimchi and pickled radishes. All were outstanding, specially the crisp, spicy hot kimchi. THEN came Hot Stone Bibimbap. It WAS one of the best ever, in LA and on par with Inchon and Seoul restaurants. It was sheer pleasure, like good Korean Food is!

Don’t know why anyone would give them anything less than 5 stars! Their food quality and service is amazing!!! Honestly I find that the pricing is fair considering how expensive ingredients are nowadays, but they still serve such generous portions. Staff is so friendly as well. Keep supporting small businesses! Will definitely go back to try more on the menu!!
