If you came to the Ozarks because of the Netflix show, this is the place you’d want to stop at. Only a few items on the menu were themed after the show, but they do have quotes from it on the wall. Food was okay; the service was great! Though Ozark was not filmed in the actual Lake of the Ozarks area, it would be cool if the restaurant/bar would take the theme and run with it even more.

Collette and Zach were so great, even if it was her first day. Made us feel right at home. Zack had great suggestions for drinks and nearby dining for the rest of our trip. While we didnt eat here several groups came in and the kitchen staff stayed open past their normal time to accommodate.

Food tasted fine but was overpriced. Burger and fries was $15 but you got a small handful of cheap fries. Menu was a sheet of printer paper tri-folded. No lights on in the place and was lit from the sun coming through the front windows. Condiment bottles were filthy.

We stopped in for a drink. The bartender was just OK. She wasn’t friendly nor did she appear to like her job. She did not make any suggestions for alternative drinks when they didn’t have what we asked for, which is odd. The place also looked like it needed a good cleaning, especially around the bar area. We had one drink and left.

Went to try this place today for lunch and immediately after walking in noticed it needed cleaned BADLY. The floor was really sticky and everything just looked like it needed scrubbed. Walked out to the patio thinking it might be clean but didn’t get a good look because I realized the music was so loud on the patio that there was no way myself and family would be able to talk over it (at noon!). We ended up leaving to eat somewhere else. Super disappointed because we were all so excited to give it a try. This seems to be more of just a bar that you would go to late at night- not a restaurant.

Loved sitting outside at the bar. Food was unbelievably good. I had the catfish sandwich and vegetables. I loved the veggies. Seasoned nicely and grilled. Fish was hot and crispy. Bartender was fun.

Not in any way themed like the TV show. The burgers look good, but unfortunately none of my party had one and the food we did get none of us liked. I went with a pork tenderloin and where it was huge. It was full of gristle and basically a deep fried pork chop, and very chewy like they didn’t tenderize the meat prior to deep frying it. My daughter got the bacon ranch chicken sandwich with mac and cheese and it looked beautiful, however, it was spicy which she was not expecting from a bacon ranch, chicken sandwich. The mac and cheese was basically penne pasta with queso sauce dumped over it. The staff were very pleasant but it seemed more like a dive bar than an actual restaurant.

I just stopped here on .y way out of the ozarks RIGHT before the main season, so it was just bad weather. They were really nice. I sat outside with my small dog in my bag because they only had barstools with no backs so I didn’t want to try to set her up on a blanket on a tall stool.
