This Italian restaurant seems to be little-known, but it is very good.

As always everything was perfect. You absolutely cannot go wrong with anything in the menu. Highly recommend the tiramisu. It’s homemade in-house and to die for!

My family came to Martino’s on a recommendation, and we had the best time. Everything was so affordable, the food was EXCELLENT, and our service was first class. Every course tasted so fresh and clearly homemade. The desserts were the best part! Their credit card machines were down when we went to pay, but we had such a wonderful meal that we weren’t even bothered to stay a little longer. Martino’s was better food than many “fancy” Italian restaurants we’ve been to. We can’t wait to come back!

Went with gal friends. Got a special lobster ravioli with shrimp and bacon in a creamy vodka sauce. It was so delicious! The broccoli cheddar soup was good too. Complimentary bread like a true Italian place. Seemed to be run by an authentic Italian family. Very accommodating to the babies that some friends brought. Great service! They seem to take great care of each customer. Great prices too! Bring cash and avoid 3% credit card charge. I can’t wait to go back and hesitate to post this because I don’t want it to be busy, but I’d be more disappointed if they didn’t stay in business! Only thing is change is remove the tvs from the walls, but they weren’t too loud or anything.

I was so excited to see the five star rating and did not get what I expected. Bland, tasteless ziti. The food was delivered hot. Not worth the $35 I spent for it! Very disappointing.

It’s been a while since we had Italian so I really wanted something authentic. I always prefer to stay local and support our community so we stopped in at Martino’s. The meals were disappointing. I encouraged my husband to spend more and order the veal, and it tasted like it was a day old and was microwaved. The pasta with his dish was bland. I also ordered veal, but with Marsala. My veal was ok. It had a funny grainy taste, and the Marsala was heavy in its flavor. The bread that came out was stale, the mozzarella sticks were undercooked and came from a frozen package, not homemade. Overall the meal was not worth what we paid, but the desserts we took home were delicious.

Heard good things about this place so wanted to check it out. Service was friendly which is always nice. Started off with the calamari and it looked nothing like photos I’ve seen from other reviews and was just not good at all. My wife had the linguine vodka with grilled chicken which she enjoyed a lot. She also really loved the Caesar salad it came with. I had the Rigatoni Carbonara which was also really good. However I decided to have the soup instead of salad which was chicken noodle and that was quite awful. Should have said no to the soup once I heard it was chicken noodle because that is not an Italian soup but I love a good soup. This tasted old, no flavor and was the bottom grimy part of the batch. Finished our meal with the cannoli’s and those were very good. Overall good first impression, just know not to get certain things next time.

We ordered take away, and they accidentally packed pasta with pesto instead of chicken piccata, but since we love their pesto no real complaint. Great salads. This is the only time they have ever gotten our order confused out of many visits. We usually dine in, and they have great service

We were looking for a good Italian restaurant and we found an authentic hidden gem! I have never written a review review, but this restaurant deserved a kudos for being outstanding to their clients. Service was excellent! We had 3 people in our party and ordered drinks, appetizer, salads, and entrees. (fried ravioli, Caesar salads, chicken Parmesan, chicken Alfredo, and the special- linguine dish. We wanted dessert, but just so no room for more food with such large portions. The homemade pasta and sauces were the best I’ve ever tried and we are a picky family. The Caesar dressing was the best we’ve ever tasted. The wine selection was reasonably priced. Total with tip was $110. The service of food was timely. They made sure each course was served in a timely manner– never overlapping the courses. Refilling drinks and serving courses as needed without being intrusive to our conversation. The food was excellent! We wanted for nothing!! I will definitely go back on future visits when visiting my daughters at UGA. It is a short 10 minute drive from campus, but worth it. Just an FYI….For those eating gluten-free, they did have 2 pasta options on the menu. Atmosphere was casual and pleasant. Loved, loved, loved our experience! Please visit this family-owned restaurant and keep this restaurant in business!
