I’m not picky. Can’t remember the last time I sent food back, until today that is. I ordered Lo Mein for pickup. Noodles were over cooked, veggies undercooked. The only reason for a second star is customer service. They did try to make it right. I swapped for the French dip sandwich this time. I was given the sandwich with no Aus Jus. The third time in the drive thru, I did get the dip. But it was terrible. Too much wine and tasted like they subbed an excessive amount of Italian seasoning for thyme. Lid for reference. In avoiding the Aus Jus, the sandwich was flavorless.

We’ve always enjoyed Martino’s until last night. Went for dinner at 5, seated waited, waitress finally came, mid sentence she excused herself to help a party that was there, which they used as an excuse for the terrible service. Now I peeked in on said parties and they were already served, eating and not many people. At the 1 hour, 45 minute mark we were getting ready to just walk out and they came with our food. We did receive 1 side salad and a bowl of soup at the 40 minute mark, missing 1 appetizer. It was just bad all around, I get if your slammed, but they weren’t and we had to go asking what the hell was going on. We were given 25% off our meal and I understand sometimes being short or slammed, but the lack of communication with our 3, yes 3 different servers just ruined it for us. 2 and a half hours later and we finally left and will never be going back. Oh and no Diet Pepsi, and 2 items that we wanted they were out of.

Had the chicken dumpling soup…. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS…. Definitely Homemade. Lake Erie Perch very good. Happened to stop on our way home to Valley View from Frankenmuth. About an hour from home but will definitely make a road trip again. Brought a quart of chicken dumpling soup home…. DELICIOUS

I had the hot Nashville chicken wrap it was absolutely delicious! My server Jordyn was very quick, she had great hospitality she had a smile on her face the whole time made me feel so welcomed. I asked for the cook she came out she said her name was Ashley she was very sweet she cooked my meal anyways definitely will be back !
