We came for dinner on a Tuesday night. We had an excellent experience! Key ordering points – bison meatballs, lamb, mussels, and duck pasta! Sit outside if the weather is decent! We’ll be back!

Great place, looked like it would be an amazing brunch place. Environment was pretty neat! Chill vibes inside. The food could have used a little more flavor, other than that it was good. I wasn’t a huge fan on anything in particular, but our appetizer. Might come back for some drinks, not a huge fan of the food.

My husband and I were looking for someplace new for a date night, and decided to look north instead of Denver. I stumbled upon Martini’s Bistro and was sold almost immediately. The vibe, the menu, the drinks… all of it sounded amazing. We had an earlier dinner so it was quiet for most of our meal but our server was amazing, and the food was top tier. I had the crab cake & scallops and they were PERFECT. My husband had the ribeye and he’s still talking about it. The key lime tart was a great dessert and we both had martinis that were so smooth and flavorful. We had a fabulous time and are already looking to go back!

I love Martinis and we go often for dinner. Recently we did a private party and it was so amazing. The team went above to ensure all my guests were happy. The food is also a showstopper — the service was amazing. I highly recommend Martinis

Came here for an impromptu date night and wow were we pleasantly surprised! I had no idea this level of fine dining existed in Longmont. I feel so lucky. Service was excellent and the ambience was perfect. The food was excellent. They had vegan options throughout the whole menu which thoroughly impressed me. This will definitely be our special occasion date night spot. I can’t wait to return.

We’ve gone here for a long time. We were in no rush but service was very slow. Slow in that we were sat for 5 or so minutes before drink orders, Drinks seemed to take a long time. Said to the family at the table, “we’re not in a rush but this is really taking a long time” for a couple cocktails and 2 sodas. A follow up for apps or other items was so long after drink orders that we had all finished our drinks before being asked about apps or food. (Remember drinks were slow coming out) The special appetizer was a Chicken Pate, the family called it Chicken Paste, it was okay. Entrees were Okay. I had the Ahi and it seemed over cooked and dry. There were whole peppercorns hidden and surprised you thinking you had just cracked a tooth. The Lamb was also okay. The Duck Pasta was gobbled up by the kids and they were happy. I would have cooked a better Ahi and Lamb. Being Okay isn’t bad in itself, but the price paid for the quality delivered, made me very disappointed. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I felt so disappointed from our Celebratory Friday night dinner it has carried over into a bad Saturday. We have come here regularly for celebrations, and special occaisions. I will think hard for other options next time. 🙁

We came in on Saturday evening around 8 wasn’t too busy so we didn’t make a reservation, sat on the patio and watched all the wait staff walk past us for 10 mins before my husband and I decided to go somewhere else. It’s a shame. It’s not very often we go out to Martinis and we were both looking forward to it. I mentioned something to host on our way out and she offered to send a waiter over but at that point we were a both a little irritated and told her it was fine and we were leaving. She did apologize but I feel like for one of the nicer restaurants in town I shouldn’t have to flag someone down

I have been going to Martinis Bistro for years. Their recent change in ownership is doing them well! Everything we had was fantastic and seasoned well. The portion size was perfect for the prices and everyone was left satisfied.
