First time there, it was wonderful. Good hot food, nice coffee, large portions, very family friendly, cozy environment, and all with attentive service to top ot off. My family and I plan to dine here again! Thank you all. And special thanks to Mr. Jim <3

Great, classic dinner! The place is run like a fine tuned machine! Homemade pies and muffins. The cook was quick and on a roll! Prices were excellent and food was even better! Highly recommend if in this area of VT!

A gem of a diner!!! I had the rhubarb French toast with an orange cranberry muffin (grilled) and my wife had the meat pie with mashed potatoes. Both were fantastic. Coffee was solid and frequently refilled (which I love). Great service. A must visit in the NEK

Reviews were good, so we were excited to visit. Took 45 minutes from the time we ordered to food being served. Waitress put the food in front of us and abruptly walked away without asking if we needed anything else. Patiently waited to ask for more coffee, peanut butter etc. The waitress never came back. Another person walked by so we asked if they could give us a coffee refill and peanut butter. They said yes, but just went to reorganize the coffee cups and never came back. Had to ask the cook for help. The cook although very busy kindly provided coffee and condiments. Not impressed. Terrible service.

We went for breakfast. Food was pretty good for me. My son and husband were not too keen on the food. It’s definitely a busy hot spot for business on the weekends.

A tradition in our family. Now moving out of area. We’ll miss it. Food is well prepared. They used to use butter, last time looked and tasted like margarine. Their homemade wheat toast was soft. I prefer a firm grained bread. Not inexpensive for this part of the world in very rural Vermont. Still worthy of a stop.

This is a cute, nice, little 1950s Vermont style diner. Homey feeling – the tables are well worn from a life of service, the countertop is old bar stools and the cooktop is just behind the counter not hidden in the back.

An old fashioned stainless steel diner specializing in ‘Home cookiing’! Friendly staff who are eager to please. Definitely worth a trip! Typical breakfast ( pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast, homefries) Daily specials each day! A real gem these days!

I was disappointed. Granted, the place was busy, but service was slow, my order was messed up, there was a twig in my food and the price was high for what you got. Will not return. Can get a much better breakfast for $7 cheaper just an hour away in NH.
