We were at the Hollywood casino and decided to stop for a bite at the Marquee. I had chicken and waffles. My partner had the smash burger. The crust on the chicken was nicely crisped but a little too salty. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Small menu with good basics. Friendly service. Average price. Right here in the Hollywood casino. My husband’s said his Classic burger is good, thick. Nice fries! My Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad was everything I hoped, shown in photo. They do serve alcoholic beverages. Pretty deco and lighting. Booths have high backs- nice and private.

$30 for a grey steak, canned corn, and boxed mashed potatoes which more closely resembled a gravy soup. Absolutely disgusting.

Nice service but a small menu with tasteless items. BBQ burger was tasteless, sauce was most likely generic bottle brand, French fries also flavorless and most likely frozen, bone in chicken wings was simply fried with the sauces (also generic tasting) given to you on the side…not tossed in the sauce as it should be. Sub par menu, sub par flavor, sub par experience.

Eating steak here is a gamble, much like the slot machines and table games in the casino floor. Sometimes, it is excellent but other times, it is either salty or overcooked. My steak was excellent last week and perfectly cooked. This week, it was cooked perfectly but extremely salty. I tried to eat it anyway because what else can they do with a salty steak? We asked the waiter and he was adamant that there was no seasoning. When does the excellent chef work? I don’t know, you’ll have to take a gamble on that.

This place is always understaffed. Have to wait to be acknowledged, seated, waited on, etc. Hamburger was pre-frozen and tasted like it was made with cheapest meat a year ago and then warmed up in microwave. Terrible. The fries were old. Chicken fried steak was overcooked by at least 10 minutes. The onion rings were grease saturated. Seemed as though the fryer was not up to temp when they were dropped.

The last two times I have been there my steak has been overcooked the salad they scrimped on, the waiter never bothered to come back and see if our food was up to par.

Decent food although service was pretty slow. The biscuits were amazing! Very flaky and large. The fried potatoes were good too. The juice cup sizes were ridiculously small for the amount they charge.
