I’m pretty disappointed in the service here. I called in advance because my daughters summer care is having marnitelli’s a few times a week and she has a severe anaphylactic dairy allergy. I called to see if their nuggets and fries had dairy in them and they said they couldn’t tell me that. Didn’t bother to check the ingredients or even pretend like they checked them. Just flat out acted like they couldn’t be bothered. It’s service like that, that is a huge let down. My daughter doesn’t get to enjoy many things with her peers and it would have just been nice for her to be able to have a treat with the other kids at her summer care program.

Marnanteli’s Pizza is awesome. They offer much more than simply pizzas, including sandwiches, salads, pastas and combination meals. They also have a decent child’s menu. Marnanteli’s food is always affordable for my budget, besides our family lives just down the road from their Sartell location and they usually will deliver freshly made food within 45 minutes. The portion sizes are always adequate, and the food is usually still warm enough to eat, even in Minnesota winters. We have had their pizzas, chicken sandwiches, and several things off the children’s menu.

I had heard wonderful things, and couldn’t wait to try the pizza and cheese bread. I think some of the ingredients might have been freezer burn. Maybe it was just a bad day food wise.

Decent pizza, overpriced, wish they offered better specials, and they had very poor customer service over the phone. The employee was not informative and was very short with us. We waited an hour for our delivery order, when it still had not arrived we called to ask if it would be coming soon and the employee said 5 min and hung up. Very rude!! And it sill had not arrived for another 20 min.

Guy at front counter was sniffling, had to give our name/info 3 different times, 15min. estimate turned into us waiting over 30 mins, got home and my order was wrong. But it’s pizza and wings. Hard to mess it up.
