Delicious food, and the remodeled dining room and sports bar atmosphere are amazing. They also offer gluten free pizza and gluten free hard cider. Can’t wait for the new “arcade” section to open!!

We ordered a gluten free pizza with extra sauce tonight at Mark’s on Medina. We received an unchewable, dry, burned, almost sauce free gf pizza that wasn’t cheap. The waitress (who was very nice) expressed her regrets but there’s no way we will be back to order gluten free from Mark’s. It’s sad because generally it’s a good place to go. That pizza should never have left the kitchen.

How do I start well I ordered two medium thin crust sweet sauce, extra pepperoni, well done. what I got was not thin crust pizza instead I got “thick”pizza that’s what it said on the box they don’t listen AT ALL I bring it back tell them it’s wrong I said thin crust wait another 20 minutes for them to remake the pizzas. Bring the pizzas home and they’re all wrong again not well-done not sweet sauce not extra pepperoni that’s what I paid for ask yourself what is the difference between this place and the gas station they use the same conveyor belt oven. They don’t do anything special besides mess up peoples orders this place is a glorified gas station. No more deck ovens pizzas are made on an assembly line and put on a conveyor belt oven.

Ordered a large char pepperoni pizza from the website, first the website was wrong showing double pepperoni and double cheese, after I wrote in, they changed the site, even drove to the store and the person working there 8 years could not answer if I ordered if it was extra pepperoni and extra cheese. When I finally ordered, large char pepperoni pizza, extra sauce, cooked light, square cut, they still screwed it up, no extra sauce, more like little sauce, pie cut, I wrote in both times, not even an apology call.
