I typically consider this establishment as a 4 (as there are very few restaurants of ANY type that I would give a 5 to), but the crab rangoon (2 orders) last night were basically hollow( i.e. overcooked) disappointed, but first time it has happened. Hoping by posting this they will try to keep it from happening in the future 🙂 Just my opinion and critique 🙂

Without question this is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. It’s apparently made for picky eaters who don’t enjoy flavor just so they can say they like Chinese. Two stars because my daughter liked the rice. For me though, imagine the worst buffet you’ve had, now take it down three notches from there, this is where you’ll find this restaurant. It boggles the very mind that there are people that actually like this place. It’s like the food you’d find in a hospital cafeteria, not seasoned or spiced at all, just sitting there all boring and tasteless.

The food is and always been great no complaints on the food. I am giving 3 stars for what I seen. I seen the female work the orders on the phone and drive through , and the people inside. Pack orders. And this is where it gets good. And cook some of the orders while the cook stood there watched while talking on his Bluetooth never had I seen anything like that. And this girl did it all with a smile and still super friendly and patient. I hope she is paid well cause they are short staffed. And I witnessed this girl did 3 different or more jobs all are once. It’s hard to find help like that

I am not one to post a review. This is my first one. I am very disappointed in the unprofessional service. Me and my husband come inside and the young lady in the front did not even acknowledge us. She was watching something more interesting on her phone. I gave her the benefit of doubt maybe she didn’t hear us come in. The time we were in there she ignored the phone ringing. I think the male worker had to say something to her. And I didn’t know they had a drive thru. But I also witnessed her ignore the drive thru. They waited for awhile. And she continued to be on her phone while the other female and the male were getting everything ready. The other female also came and took care of the drive thru because the other one was on her phone. Call me old fashioned. But no matter what. It is very rude and unprofessional.
