This is a hidden gem of a really nice Mexican restaurant. Marisol’s, tucked away in a small strip mall, is easily missed as one drives by. Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the interior was. It is nicely decorated, very clean, and the tables are nicely spaced so one doesn’t feel overly crowded as some of the local eateries makes one feel. The menu choices are very plentiful, covering just about any Mexican food item one might want. I recently enjoyed the #1 Lunch Combo (one taco/enchilada with rice/beans) and it was perfect. The first photo is the tamale/enchilada/taco combo plate. I love the genuine cheddar cheese they use. A lot of these type places use the cheaper velveeta. The second photo is the Chili Relleno plate that my wife ordered. She loved it. During a subsequent visit my wife had the Taco Salad with chicken that she enjoyed, and I had the Enchilada Nortena plate which was great. The Guacamole was prepared correctly and was tasty. I might add that the food temperature was hot and the serving plate was super hot. There should be no complaints about food temperature with this restaurant. The service was efficient and the server was friendly with a smile. Prices are reasonable. I would have no reason to go to any other Mexican restaurant in the area, and yes I have tried and been disappointed in the local competition.

One of the best Coconut Margaritas I’ve ever had!! This place was wonderful, the service was good and the food was great definitely one of the most authentic Mexican Restaurants in Georgetown. I’ll most certainly be back!

Five star service! Food and hospitality flow like the San Gabriel River. I have never had a bad experience and I don’t want to jinx the energy. It’s a great place for work meet-ups. Last, but not least, there is always good parking.

The food is great and I’ll try it again. We went on a Wednesday evening and it didn’t appear busy but our waiter wasn’t really attentive. No one had water at the table for quite some time. Again, no one was rude just not attentive. I would recommend you try this despite that 1 hiccup in service.

My wife heard about this place from multiple people. Went for the first time on Sunday afternoon. What a nice place inside. The entrance and the seating and decor. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Very busy when we arived at 1:30pm.

BEST ENCHILADAS IVE HAD IN THE AREA!! I grew up in the RGV where good authentic Mexican food is everywhere. So it’s hard to find a place that makes 10/10 food, luckily I found Marisol’s and come here often for the past few months. Their beef enchiladas are always spot on, tender, just perfect. The hospitality and customer service is always amazing as well!!!

After trying to get seated at 3 different restaurants in the area, we decided to try this one with no wait time. So glad we did. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server. Chips and salsa can put quickly as well as our drinks. We had the carnitas plate with grilled veggies and fish tacos. Both meals were very good as was the margarita. Will definitely be back.

Best, cleanest Mexican Restaurant we have ever been to! Quick to seat us, get us drinks and chips, etc. Good was quick and yummy. Our waitress, was so caring!!!! And every single staff member in the front of the restaurant checked on us at some point. Perfection. Not a single bit of dust in this place!

The good: Very nicely decorated restaurant. There’s a certain elegance to this place. The prices are reasonable, and the speed of service is good. The complimentary salsas are delicious- a mild tomato based one and a spicy version. The food itself was delicious, the Enchiladas Suizas had a great zesty taste.
