We have been living in the area for over 6 years. We have tried numerous pizzerias in the area. Mario’s is the best. No, it’s not traditional pizza but it is still the best. The dough is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and it’s cheaper than everyone else. We normally order a large pie, a small specialty, and sometimes a sandwich from other places and easily spend close to $80. For $95, we ordered 3 beers, 4 pies, and a piece of chocolate cake. We will definitely be returning.

So this place is okay, not bad, but not fantastic either. The ingredients are fresh but the pizza itself was meh. Ordered 5 pies, because of the glowing reviews and was hoping this would be our new go to pizzeria in the area. We did spend about $75 bucks on pizza and would gladly have shelled out that kind of money all the time but cause it was just alright we can continue to spend less on a couple of large pies at so many of the local pizzerias in the area.

I visited this place a few weeks ago and wanted to share my experience. When my son and I walked in, we were seated but felt like an inconvenience to the waitress. After she gave us our menus, two other people entered and were immediately attended to. I assumed she might have thought we weren’t ready and would come back to us soon. However, she didn’t return after taking their orders, and we waited a few more minutes before deciding to leave. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if there were other factors at play, but it struck me as odd that she served the white customers promptly while neglecting us, as we are black. If you’re black, you might want to be cautious as you may not receive fair treatment. I had high hopes for a good experience based on the positive reviews, so this treatment caught me off guard.

We order appetizer and dinner. The appetizer came out in 10 minutes , but our food never came out. We wait over an hour and we were told 4 time that our meal will be out in feds. we watch tons of take out leaving and people came in 15 minutes after us and they were eating. after one we were told our food will be out soon we left the place worst place ever

Ordered for takeout last weekend right around opening time. Got to the restaurant & the woman setting the tables for the day touched every tip of the forks & knives she put out… so unsanitary. Also, when she bagged my food, she placed the bag ON THE FLOOR behind the counter & bagged my food on the floor. Was so turned off, will never go back.

Wasn’t pleased with my initial experience. I called to make a pickup order for pizza. The girl on the phone had a really bad attitude, and when I asked for a large pizza (not knowing this pizzeria only serves personal size, which I would have been fine with and would have ordered instead), she said “we don’t have large pizzas, only personal” in a very stressed out and nasty tone. I couldn’t bear to even ask to order the personal pizza due to how rude she was. Will not be calling back to order here in the future.
