Don’t order from here if you want your food in a reasonable amount of time. Consistently late. Last time, 2 hours and still no food. Live 5 minutes from Mario’s. Canceled order. Will be last time we order from them. Area has too much good food to waste time on one with poor customer service.

Recently moved to North Aurora and we were looking for some pizza this past Saturday night. Decided to try Mario’s. Used the Slice app on my phone. Got there on time for pick up but they were super busy and had to wait a bit. Manager / owner came out and apolgized for the delay and offered free water or pop. I Politely declined and continued to wait. A few minutes later the same gentleman came all the way out to the front with 2 boxes. He said there was some sort of glitch with the app and said it ordered twice but I was only charged for one! I said are you sure? He said yes please take them and thanked me again for my patience. The pizza was still steaming hot when we got back to the apartment, and it was really very good! Will defininately be going back to Mario’s!

Absolutely love this place. Being an Italian myself, I have overly high standards, but this place meets them every time! We usually order the spaghetti with meat sauce, pizza, and cannolis. Even their salads are great. Definitely give them a try! Their app is very easy to use as well. It’s called Slice and you can reorder any past order by clicking one button!!

Mario’s pizza catered our sons first birthday yesterday and I can’t thank Mario enough for the delicious food. Everything was sooooo good and tasted fresh! Our guests kept going up for more and more plates that’s how delicious everything was. Mario delivered the food himself and did the whole food set up. We didn’t have to lift a finger. He took care of it all.

I work as a nurse in a nearby hospital. We ordered Calzones late evening near closing time. My first experience with Mario’s Pizza restaurant. WOW. It was large enough to share; delicious crust, perfectly browned and so much filling it made me hum as I ate it. The same way small children wiggle and hum when eating their favorite dessert! Definitely my favorite place now!

Online ordering very easy. Order was accurate. Service was unfriendly when arriving to the store. Got our food, pizza is below average – plenty of toppings but flavors just didn’t land and extraordinarily salty. Cheesecake was frozen, without requested sauce and basically inedible. Pity

Ordered delivery from Mario’s and was impressed with the speed of delivery as well as the freshness of the pizza! It was almost as if the pizza was made right in the delivery vehicle. Went with the Pepperoni Lovers and was impressed. So much cheese and pepperoni and just the right amount of sauce. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
