Great little place. Plenty of seating. We had a Pepperoni Stromboli and an Italian sub. Both were delicious. Minimal wait time, even with constant call in and people picking up. Very organized and calm. Price was great and the beer was cold. Oh Yea, we’ll be back.

Came in here to get some philly cheese steaks. Considering I used to live in Philly I will say the stuff you get here is almost a real Philly cheese steak but it’s still good. I would definitely recommend this place for some good eating.

I love this place. I have been going here and the sister or should I say “brother” restaurant, Luigie’s (in Morehead) since I was a kid. The owners and staff are kind, and the food comes out hot and fast. The online order option is convenient, but nothing beats placing an order over the phone or in person. The smell! You know it’s going to be good pizza when you open the door, and all you smell is flour and pizza coming straight out of the oven.

We came from Ohio with very little knowledge of the area. Wanted a quick lunch where we could sit down and we are super glad we landed here! The food was great and the staff was extremely nice. The fried pickles were insane delicious! We are hoping to find our way back some day!

My go-to pizza place for lunch. Their pizza takes me back to my NJ roots and reminds me so much of the pizza we would grab when at the city. They have the best cannolli in eastern NC and the fried ravioli is to die for.

It’s great to have a restaurant that stayed in existence for over 26 years of my existence in North Carolina . This particular restaurant has been owned by the same family for 40 plus years. 26 years that I’m aware of. They have maintained the same quality the same high level Of flavor. I have yet to be let down by Mario’s pizza. Nothing beats a fresh maid Stromboli 1st time I had 1 in 1995 I was hooked. They do such a wonderful job on this product. It has been generation own. If you’re in this area of North Carolina and have the opportunity to give them a try a highly recommended.Yes the décor will take you back in time a bitBut the food is definitely worth it.

I have been eating Mario’s pizza for years. I’m from New York City and Mario’s is the closest size sliced pizza to a NYC pie. I don’t believe Mario’s uses any artificial ingredients. The cheese is cheesy and the meat taste real. I enjoy eating there. They are always friendly and welcoming.

My husband & I recently had Stromboli’s and they were exceptional we only go to the one in Havelock even though we live in New Bern…Staff is always friendly and they have the best food so it’s worth the Drive.
