What an amazing overall dinner! Got off work late and nothing was really open around 9pm. I found Mario’s on Google maps and it looked like a stellar option at the time. I came in with a coworker and we were seated quickly and got our drinks ordered. We then looked over the menu and ordered some food. Not long after we had our food and it was amazing! I haven’t had good Italian food in some time and Mario’s delivered! Our waitress was awesome and on top of everything. Excellent service overall & the food was delicious! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

I took my wife here for her birthday. We sat at one of the outdoor tables. We had eggplant parm and raviolis, the complementary bread rolls and salad, a couple of sangrias, and cannolis for dessert. I was happy with what I had. My wife gave me the “so so” hand gesture when I asked her.

Mario’s is popular with locals and tourists. When we arrived for dinner the place was packed with happy diners. They found us a booth within five minutes. Our wine salad and bread sticks came soon after. Our dinners were delicious and be sure to save room for dessert. They all looked delicious but the Spumoni Bomb was one of the best desserts that I have enjoyed. Overall the entire experience was delightful.

Casual but good food. Nothing fancy but the prices are on the higher side compared to the portion size. The food meets expectations. Great place to come after the lake to have great service (Savannah) and enjoy a tasty meal. Wish the portions were larger per more traditional Italian restaurants but we still enjoyed ourselves! I’d also expect the wine to be corked and not twist off for $35. In summary, great food, casual atmosphere, and wonderful service.

We just didn’t have a good experience. It was getting late, but they were still seating patrons. I was torn between 2 dishes, and the waiter suggested a way I could enjoy the flavor of both. We were off to a good start, but things went south quickly. The waiter brought us someone else’s food and set it in front of us. When we repeatedly told him it wasn’t ours, he picked it up and served it to the correct table. Once those plates were placed in front of us, they should not have been served to another table. My husband got his food and was halfway done before I got mine. Mine was delayed because they used the wrong sauce. Instead of remaking it, they poured the correct sauce over it. My pasta was swimming in 2 different sauces. It wasn’t horrible, and I didn’t want to wait any longer because my husband was done, so I ate it. The waiter asked if we wanted dessert, and we declined. We heard him say, “Thank God,” as he walked away. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend trip for us, but apparently, we were a bother to the staff.

Only one steak option but it’s worth it. Everything was great. I wasn’t a fan of the salad dressing but everyone else liked it so maybe it’s me. Decent bar and prices. Staff was friendly and just the right amount of attentive. Definitely a top option for Italian food in havasu.

My partner and I were on vacation, decided to check out this little place, from the reviews it looked promising. The server we had gotten was a delight, the food was okay, the sauce was really good but a tad over powering from the rest of the dish. What got me was one of the other workers, I assume a server, was bragging to the bartender about how he abuses his dog, doing things like giving him chocolate because “making him sick is funny” it’s sickening! As an animal lover and dog owner I was utterly disgusted, neither my partner nor I could finish our dinner, we paid our bill and left our meal with a little over half left.
