Hadn’t been here in 30 years. Did not eat any food. The outside is a great space to see a band. Plenty of space with two bars plus table service. Small stage with a surprisingly good sound system. The parking lot is small for the total capacity. No complaints.

So I came here on a Saturday night to experience “Mario’s” new side project. I’ve been an avid lover of his Og restaurant in downtown Beaver “Mario’s” for the past 15yrs. I love his pizza, mussels on Thurs & he has some of the best Gnocci I’ve ever tasted! So I had high expectations for Mario’s 410 but they just fell short. I’m an avid foodie so I know better when trying new things. I always start out light. My wife & I ordered one order of the “Crab stuffed shrimp” that was it. We had to wait almost 2hrs for a table to begin with! We sat down & the very first thing I noticed was the noise levels. It was so loud & there was a band playing country music? It was like a bar, concert venue and wannabe high-end restaurant. Being an entrepreneur myself there’s one thing I know best. You can’t have all of this stuff & still expect to have a 5 star restaurant. It just doesn’t work. It was way too loud. The noise actually hurt my ears. People had to talk so loud at their tables to over speak the band playing! Our food took almost an hour to arrive. Our waitress was anything but lackluster & the food was just terrible. The shrimp were fishy. The crab was mostly breading with backfin. The “lobster sauce” ontop of the shrimp was so spicy I couldn’t even eat a whole shrimp. It’s like someone piled in cayenne pepper? It lit me up I’m still dealing with a burning chest! I’m sensitive to spice but I can handle some heat. This was BEYOND a tolerable level. My wife said the same remark. We took one bite each & asked for the manager to adjust the check. The manager came to our table & he was very polite. He even agreed “yeah there’s too much cayenne pepper in there.” He agreed with us! He even stated that he has “told them that the dish has too much cayenne.” His opinion & advice obviously seemed to have gone unrecognized. He removed the entree from our bill & we left. I had my wife call Mario’s in Beaver & order our usual. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone looking for higher quality food that is tasty & not loaded with spice & heat. The worse thing is their menu doesn’t mention anything at all about “cayenne pepper” in the stuffed shrimp dish. I noticed quite few other dishes that said “Sriracha sauce” & “cayenne pepper”. That’s why I didn’t order any of those dishes. That’s why I chose the “Crab stuffed shrimp” because it said nothing about “cayenne” in the description. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I left hungry, annoyed & my chest is on fire. Hopefully my a**hole ain’t next…

I used to go to Thursdays all the time for their steak salads. I am a faithful Mario’s fan and visit the Downtown Beaver Italian Restaurant a few times a week for the past almost 20 yrs. I had great expectations for his new restaurant. Well, after waiting close to 2 hrs for a table, we got sat down in a wobbly table in the corner that was surrounded by a ton of flies…we were moved a table away luckily…We ordered the stuffed shrimp to gauge the place…I honestly couldn’t believe close to everything on menu had cayenne or spicy seasoning on it? Totally different than Mario’s Dockside or Mario’s in Beaver. I wasn’t happy with the stuffed shrimp, unfortunately. It too was spicy! Nothing on menu stated this so I was shocked. We returned the meal and left hungry with ringing ears from the extreme volume in the building. Opening up the restaurant may look nice, however it caused no division in the bar, dining room, or stage. Not my vibe unfortunately as I’m not into loud bars. We ended up getting to-go from Mario’s Beaver location instead.

I and some friends went there for the Live Wire/Last Train to Ozz show. First time there and wasn’t really impressed. The show was outside which was nice, but not enough seating. Had to wait for some to leave before we got a table and chairs. To order food, there was not enough staff to do so. Had to go inside, place an order to go, then waited and hour for it to be done and go back inside to get it and bring back outside to our table…and it was only a pizza. The pizza wasn’t the greatest either, paper thin crust, when I picked it up it folded down and half the toppings slide off! The bartenders on the other hand were great! Always quick with drinks and no waiting around! They were tipped well. I’m mixed on coming back for any other shows.

Even though they were down a cook, service was timely. Food was spot on. Old -fashioneds were pretty good. Just need dirty cherries to put them over the top. Music on the patio was ear-drum blowing. Great night out.

Waitress was very nice and attentive. The issue is the kitchen, they are unbelievably slow. Place was moderately busy, but a 3 person table, for lunch, took an hour and a half between sitting down and leaving. Food was decent but it was and incredibly long lunch.

This was our first time here and it was pretty good. The food and service were great but my only concern was the atmosphere. Yes it is very unique and it could be considered a great place for an adults night out but to just go for dinner with your family it was a little hard. The noise level of others talking loudly was rough due to the music being so loud. If I want somewhere for an adults only night out I would come back but not for family nights.

(Update, This was resolved… seems the additional money was added to the wrong debit card slip (mine) by mistake….) Take out. Was told it would be ready at 6pm. Waited over half an hour before it was ready. Half of the order was cold. Then to top it off, They added 20% tip to the bill (Debit Card) without my consent. If the service was good. And the “attitude” I received from the staff was good, I would have left a 25% tip. I’ve called 4 times to resolve the additional $8.00 they added to my Debit Card. Each time they said they would have a manager call back. Still haven’t called me back. (Been almost a week since the 1st call) It’s not the money, but the principle. How many other people have they done this to? Sinced when is it legal to add to a Debit card?

OK, first of all, we had a party of 7. I get it, not easy to seat such a large party. We were quoted 45 minutes, but weren’t actually seated for just shy of an hour and a half. I can get over that because of the size of the party. Front of the house was being run by a bunch of teenagers, might want to get a manager involved to keep things smooth. Waitress came to the table in a timely manner and took our drink orders and was back with them shortly after. She then took our food orders (which she couldn’t hear, and we had to point to the menu. More on that later), our salads came out shortly thereafter, but we had no silverware to eat them.

It’s honestly a great place but we were there on Thursday night after work and it was so hot in the restaurant. I know it was in the 90’s outside but it was so awful that when we left we had sweat marks. We used the menu for a fan.
