Y’ALL. THESE GUYS ARE DOPE. I ordered a gift pizza for a friend and couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience. I called after 8pm on Valentine’s Day and made a special request for the meatiest, cheesiest pizza they had with a special design made of black olives. The guy on the phone was pleasant, funny, and wicked accommodating. I’ve never eaten the pizza here as I’m not in Bear, so I relied on his suggestions, and he was super knowledgeable and really sold me on their product. I imagine it’s pretty dang good (he seemed to genuinely love their food), or maybe he’s just a really good salesman. Probably both. They fulfilled my every request, and even though the design didn’t turn out just right (it’s pizza art, not pizza science), my friend who received the pizza absolutely loved it, and the little note in the box. They loved the effort and the message more than if it had come out perfectly. Additional feedback from pizza receiver: the delivery person arrived early and was the just the most polite human you could hope to meet. 10/10 for customer service, quality, and effort. These dudes are all around all-stars. If I find myself in Bear, I’m definitely going to be stopping here. Thanks for making my weird gift pizza dreams come true, guys.

Their food has gone down in quality for awhile now. They used to be one of my favorite places in the area. I’ve been ordering from them for 10 years now. Last couple times was not impressed. I don’t know whether they got new management or new cooks but just about everything has changed for the worse. Last night we ordered a cheese pizza and broccoli bites and they tasted like plastic and the pizza didn’t even look like their pizza, the box didn’t even have their logo on it. The pizza chrust was very thin the sauce was different n cheese was rubbery. The mozzarella sticks seem to be the only thing that has not changed. Hope they go back to what they were originally doing. I’ve always appreciated that they go above and beyond with customer service and just being overall genuine.

Philly transplant and the food is just like home! We order from here for every family function we have and the trays of Meatballs, Sausage, peppers, and onions, and chicken fingers are always a hit and very affordable. Staff is always helpful and have excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!!

No impressed. Hadn’t had them in awhile because last time the pizza wasn’t very good. Tried them for their cheesesteaks and they were incredibly late on what was already an hour delivery time, and the sandwiches were lacking meat. There was hardly any meat in the sandwich and it was soggy. Would not order from them again. Gave it a couple tries and both times it wasn’t a positive experience.

I just moved to DE from Philly and read the reviews about this place. Being a business owner I can honestly say they are A1 when it comes to customer service. I ordered pizza and they made several other suggestions for me. The pizza was amazing and me being a non pork eater they have multiple topping options. I truly appreciate a business who goes above and beyond to service the community. This is my new spot eat at.
