The crown jewel of Discovery Bay. You’re going to love this place. I went 2 times before doing this review. It’s right on the delta. Outdoors are cool and breezy. The host greeted me and I was sat immediately. Service was great. The food was good. I’ll rate each dish 1-5

This restaurant recently got under new ownership and went through serious remodeling. It looks and smells great! We really liked what we ordered: salmon and garden salad. The salmon had an amazing flavor and I’m not a big red pepper sauce lover but this particular sauce was mouthwatering! The service was great! We came with the dog and even that there was no dog menu the server brought our dog unseasoned burger patty! I wish they can add it to the menu in dog menu section at some point. The location of the restaurant is amazing! We enjoyed watching boats coming in and out. Everything was absolutely amazing! Definitely will come again soon!

Both times coming here since New ownership it has been delicious!! The inside’s decor is beautiful. The first time we tried the lamb burger and the cheese steak sandwich and sat outside on the patio looking at the boats. YUMM on the food and our waitress was so kind. The second time we ordered “To Go” and had the fish and chips and again the cheese steak as the fried zucchini appetizer. Yummmmm again! Great dipping sauce and breading on the zucchini too. Consistency here so far! Looking forward to going more this summer with the beautiful Marina water views.

Previously the Boardwalk Grill, the premises hadn’t seen an update in 20 plus years. The new owners of the renamed restaurant have spent several months renovating and the place now has a fresh and modern feel to it.

The marina bar and grill is amazing. Congratulations to the new owners Joe & Denise. They did an amazing job. Clean beautiful. Staff was plentiful kind and curious. Food was delicious. Its so wonderful to dine on the patio once again in a clean and spectacular establishment.!! Good job

The staff is very unprofessional and tend to stay in the corner with each other involved in personal conversation. I tried to get our waitress attention many times with no luck. Instead of asking if we needed anything else when she came to our table she just dropped off our check. I will only go here if I have my own wine bottle just to sit outside. The food is garbage. The salad had shrimp from the Costco cocktail platter on it and they called it a prawn salad. I have worked in fish markets and their shrimp were nowhere near prawns.

Waitress was very nice, but service was extremely slow. Seemed like most waitresses just stood around waiting for food to be ready instead of checking in customers. To get drink refills took an extremely long time.

Came here for the Father’s Day 2023 dinner, and the place had no liquor permit (waiting for it), broken bathroom, very slow service, ordinary food and hardly any ambience. It was not a terrible experience – food was reasonable and prices are not too bad. However, it’s not worth driving to for 40 min from Pleasanton. Hope they will pay more attention to customer experience with time.
