Food was good. Everything else was terrible. I had gone here with a group of 30 people. We paid more to be in a private room. The restaurant knew we were coming, we arrived 15 min. Early to the restaurant opening time. They were not prepared for us at all. Menus, drinks, and silverware should of already been on the tables. It took 45 min. To order and receive our drinks. Myself and my friend next to me we ordered steak salads thinking it wouldn’t take long. 2 hrs after we arrived we got our food. We were there for 3 hrs not because we wanted to be.

What a great place!!! Plenty of craft brews, the food was delicious and plentiful!! My friend and I sat at the bar. The barmaid was fantastic!! I had the Friday Fish Fry and it was huge!!! Took some home!!! The fries were a little behind so they gave me an order of their home made potatoe chips!!! I took them home as an evening snack, because the fries came (really weren’t that late)!!!

First time at Marilyn’s on Main, had a large group, service was excellent and we were seated in a private dining area, all of our dinners were served at the same time. Menu has a wide variety of choices for every dietary and dining preference. Excellent craft craft beer selection as well as wine list along with specialty cocktails. Great experience.

We had our wedding reception there. Everyone loved their food however some prime ribs were over cooked. We really couldn’t complain and still aren’t because of how many were ordered. When you have 10 or more dishes of meat going out at different variants of cooked it will happen. Very well pleased with the two guys running for us and everyone got their drinks in a timely manner.

Located in the historic district in Uniontown, Marilyn’s on Main is a sports bar that serves up huge helpings that taste great. They offer both indoors and outside seating. Our waitress was very nice and eager to serve. The restaurant was busy which may explain why the wait time for our food was a tad long. However, we were provided warmed bread which was a nice distraction. Good place to find a great meal.

The steaks and salads were very good. Our waitress was unable to answer simple questions concerning the menu. Our meal was over after waiting 20 minutes for A1 and salt and pepper. We did make reservations in advance. Give this place a try. Be prepared for a large bill.

Great beer selection, huge portions, and pretty darn good food. I probably wouldn’t order the gnocchi again but that’s because my wife does it at home so I’m spoiled. The outside area is especially nice this time of year.

Marilyn on main looks like an upscale restaurant but was more like a sports bar with some upscale food choices. The plethora of projection tvs is distracting, and the food was good despite the woody asparagus and excessively salty wedding soup (tasted worse than canned). The bar had good options, although we were told wine could only be purchased by the glass.

For the price I paid, I’m extremely disappointed. We had a decent group out to treat ourselves. Our waitress was wonderful. But our food came to us wrong, our meals came together but they were mostly cold or lukewarm, a few of us found them to be bland. My steak was not cooked as ordered, was very bland, barely warm, and I could barely cut through it or chew it. Was not worth $58 for that dish! The mashed potatoes were the best part. I very kindly gave feedback to our waitress (it wasn’t her fault) just to fwd to the cook because I NEVER leave steak on my plate, but when she spoke with her manager, the only resolution offered was to remake or take it back to the cook, but we already were done with our meals by that point. I didn’t ask for a refund, but it would have been nice if knocking a few bucks off had been offered because that was NOT worth what I paid.

Ordered soup and it was like drinking the ocean. Same thing for another person in my group who also ordered soup. The burgers were just okay not worth the high prices. The gnocchi bowl was gorgeous but had a puddle of oil at the bottom.
