We’ll definitely be back to give this another chance. Truly appreciate that pup was allowed on the patio. Food was delicious. Carbonara was the hit of the night and the dip served with the bread was the least favorite. Service didn’t vibe well with everyone at the table and there was some crossed communication/different expectations by what ordering something right away for the table meant, but I think it might have been an anomaly.

A true dining gem in tiny Lyons. Things just got better as the dinner progressed. The appetizers and drinks were good. The pasta and sauces for our main course were sublime. Interesting and creative uses of seasonal produce. Generous portions. Next time you’re looking for a special dinner, Marigold is certainly worth a visit.

Finally had the chance to enjoy this restaurant. Theo is a master at his craft, the food was well done and on point. Had heard portions were quite small, I did not feel the entrees were small at all, the appetizers can easily be split by 2. We only had one round of drinks but they were also great.

Chef Theo and team deliver an experience to remember! Lyons has found its new all star eating experience and we are so delighted. We came in from Lafayette and enjoyed every second of walking in the door. From the sign, happy hosts, to the elegant and curated decor… to the food. Everything has been incredible and we can’t wait to come back.

Lucky enough to be one of the first to try this spot. Small restaurant with small attentive staff. Has a homely vibe. Drinks were great. Food was fantastic. The melon & feta dish was incredible and the handmade rigatoni with bolognese were definitely highlights but would love to try the entire menu. If you are ever on your way to or fro Estes Park, a stop here in Lyons is recommended. Hope it sticks around for a long while.

Their pasta – made fresh right in-house – will send you straight to pasta paradise. The Farinata? Dynamite – it’s got the perfect kick of spice! But the Rigatoni ‘Carbonara’? Drove down from Fort Collins for dinner and was amazed at how expertly crafted the cocktails were, along with the most pleasant team taking care of us. A small and thoughtful menu, you just cannot go wrong. The lamb bolognese rigatoni(fresh pasta!!) is something I will be dreaming about for a long time, and the melon with cheve & white balsamic was the most beautiful and refreshing thing on a hot Summer day. Lyons has been gifted a wonderful place, go treat yourself even if it’s a drive! You will not be disappointed.
