We happened to see the sign from the highway and boy am I glad we stopped! I tried the Rolled Potato Goodness special that was recommended, and it exceeded my expectations! Perfectly prepared and seasoned, I couldn’t have asked for better. Come prepared to enjoy!

Really generous food portions! I got a super burrito and that thing was girthy. Delicious as well. We went on a Friday night and it was quite busy all the way until closing at 8. Outdoor area is nice, dogs are allowed. Definitely recommend!

They say never shop hungry. So when I saw Maria’s truck at the Auburn Home Depot, I decided I needed to try her tacos–I’d been meaning to for some time. I ordered a trio of chicken, steak and carnitas with pico. They were amazing! Be sure to stop into her brick-and-mortar or track down her truck in Auburn. You won’t be disappointed.

So I like the atmosphere, and I like the staff here.. but I didn’t find the food to be good, or well priced. Tacos were expensive and the beef tasted strange. A very funky aftertaste on the asada made me not want to finish eating my tacos. Also we ordered a margarita and it was a fake margarita with a low alcohol percentage. If I want quick tacos again I’ll be going to a different taco place in Auburn. I give Marias two stars vs one because of the friendly staff
