Food cold in middle. Queso cheese comes from a can. Food extremely salty. Rice over cooked. Staff not concerned with adequate service. Beans taste like peanuts… (Very odd)

We travel the country full-time in a RV and always search out local Mexican restaurants. Maria’s is very good. We always start with the house margarita and theirs is yummy. The salsa that comes out with the chips is quite tasty. These form our first impressions. We decided to do the queso dip and had the fajita with beef and chicken and shared it. The manager/waitress, Michelle, was a super fun person to talk with. She took an honest interest in us and we in her. She has great stories and was a delight.

The food was scorched, and tasted it. Personally, I won’t be going back. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is because our server was very friendly and helpful. The bad food on the other hand, still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. And had to leave quicker then we normally would leave cause it literally felt like there was no AC going or they had it set up too high.

The food is alway delicious and the margaritas are always 2 for 1. The Chile Relleno is baked and some of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend Maria’s!

The meats really had no seasoning. My favorite item that I get from Maria’s is the chille relleno because they roast their pablano rather than fry them which to me makes all the difference in the world! But lately I’ve been served old food, like they are so busy that they feel that they must pre-cook food in order to keep up with the large amount of people that show up for lunch. There is really no reason or excuse for old and re- heated food! They just don’t have the crowds that may justify such subpar did bring served much less the attitude you get when you ask them to re- cook your food!! Please address the problems and correct them. I enjoy when the food is being prepared correctly and with just a little love for what they are putting out to the customers! It should not be a question or a wish that your food be fresh or taste good and that it has the seasoning that allow your food to taste good and you enjoy your visit. Please get it good again, I don’t like it after I decide on eating there but feel like I have to cross my fingers and hope that my food

They just charged me double on 2 cards, they said i didnt have enough to cover the bill on one of my gift cards then charged me the same amount on another gift card. When i got home and checked, both cards were charged the same abount? While i was there i was told that the 40 cents that showed up was all i had on the card but then when i went back the lady told me it was a charge? So which is it? Shes obviously lieing, shes the older blonde waitress that works there! Also they need to drug test there employees asap

Our waitress, Alexis, was kind and the chips were good. The other food was nasty though. The chicken chimichanga was dry and bland, the “Mexican” rice was brunt, and the refried beans tasted like they were from dollar store can. Save your money and taste buds by going to Pedro’s or just somewhere else. My fiancé and I have been feeling nauseous and will probably end up throwing up the “food” we had.
