The restaurant is small and can be busy. I had the empanadas, which were made fresh, delicious. Their hours are very flexible so can be tricky to plan when to eat, but so worth it when they are there.

I didn’t feel like there was much flavor. I also asked for a grilled vegetable quesadilla. I was expecting peppers, onions, and other Fajita veggies. I got mushy broccoli, cauliflower and green beans. The beans had no flavor, the vegetables had even less flavor.

Love this place food is awesome. But they are only getting one star for me because the last two times I’ve been there they have messed up my order. You call and order food and asked for a specific thing and they are out of it so they’ll just substitute something without telling you a.k.a. the meat. So unfortunately me and my wife or my family will no longer be Patrons of this establishment any more. Do to the pisspoor Communication from the staff. We were one of Maria’s first customers and she is a very nice lady. But unfortunately her staff has ruined that for us. So unfortunately the only way to get what you want on the order is to be there in person do not call ahead because God only knows what they will substitute.

First time I have gone in Maria’s Fresh Mex. Got there just in time before the lunch crowd so got our food fast and sat at a table. I got a burrito and you can choose what you want on it so I got toppings I really like. It was very good!
