This was our first time visiting Mariachiles since moving to the area after trying three other Mexican restaurants thinking that there just wasn’t going to be good Mexican food here. We were pleasantly surprised as the food was delicious and the prices very reasonable. The service was good however could have been better if the staff were friendlier and looked happy to be there…a smile speaks volumes! I will say to steer clear of the sopapillas as they are not sopapillas but rather a store bought tortilla dropped in oil with a bit of cinnamon sugar to dress it up, rock hard and not worth the $6 they charge. The Flan is good but also $6 and very small … Sorry, but we’d love some actual real sopapillas Mariachiles!

There was no direction as where to sit, no knew greeted us, we sat for 15 minutes just to get a drink, another 15 minutes for someone to take our order only to find out they had no steak, so we asked for a few more minutes with the menu so we could choose something else and the waiter never came back, we tried to pay for our drinks and no one would help us, also the staff looked really angry so the atmosphere felt thick. To bad cause the place looks really nice on the inside but we will never return.
