Had a pleasant visit to this Mexican restaurant. The Salsa that came with the complimentary chips had a great taste. Street tacos I tried were the chicken and pork, I favored the pork as it was tender and had a good flavor. The Mrs. tried the enchiladas and was happy with her selection. Service was prompt and attentive. This was a very good visit and would return.

Ate at Maria Bonita for the 1st time tonight. The queso, quesabirra, street corn and chicken nachos were all great. The cheese enchiladas were all shell with hardly any cheese at all and the guacamole was disappointing. While overall, we enjoyed the food very much, the waiter was the worst waiter we have experienced in years. He had no personality and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. After we got our food he didn’t bother to check on us even one time. We had to hunt him down for any refills and to get the check. We had to get the take out trays ourselves because the waiter couldn’t be found. The restraunt wasn’t busy and we were his only table at the time. Maria Bonita, keep the food tasty but have your wait staff be better.

Ist time and very disappointed. It took 10 minutes to get chips and salsa. After 15 minutes and still not being asked what we wanted to drink we left. We were not there at a time when the restaurant was full so I don’t know why the service was so poor.

Their salsa is great and has flavor, which means it has a kick of spice to it. Not your typical flavorless ones you get because people can’t tolerate a hint of spicy. I also enjoy their food greatly, there’s not a lot of people waiting for food, but for me, I can have longer conversations with my friends without being interrupted. The beverages show up when my cup is empty, and that’s fine by me.
