Mediocre food that was expensive. Server spilled tray of waters on us & offered no appetizer or anything for having our legs wet. We got an apology but that was it. Food use to be delicious but not anymore. New chef? Don’t know, but go back to the food before. They’re too many great restaurants to choose from in this area to not get this right. I would not recommend this one.

We ate here twice during our stay at the resort. Not only are the prices reasonable, the menu diverse, but the servings are HUGE! The Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding was to die for, a must have! The service both times was fantastic, constantly checking in, refilling drinks, and overall extremely friendly. I wished I grabbed the first waiters name (she had blonde hair in pigtails on 4/29 around 7:30) and the second waiter, Joanne, was fantastic. Definitely would recommend visiting here for the service and the food!!

I don’t usually give a 1 star but the prices for the food vs what you get is way overpriced. The food is pretty good but could be better. They have no clue on how to cook a cheeseburger and their volcano nachos need improvement. You need salt and pepper on a hamburger at least when you cook it and they had to remake one because the first one was raw and they both had no flavor. I had the taco salad and I feel they were cheap on the amount of food they put on the plate for the price. The burger was bland both times and I think McDonald’s quarter pounder tastes better and much cheaper. The volcano nachos were good till you took the toppings on top of and then it’s just chips. You are supposed to layer the toppings and not just put everything on top. Might as well just brought us a bag of chips with toppings on the side. Again, your prices are so far detached from where they should be. I’ll never go back.

1st time at Margaritaville. Had dinner on Saturday night and went home impressed. Food was great, such a cool atmosphere! Manager came by and said hello, asked how we were doing. Not the typical exchange with a restaurant manager, felt like he was generally interested in our response. His name is Levi, go see him! Johnny B was a fantastic server. We will definitely be back

Service quality has dropped significantly. I have eaten here numerous times during conferences at the resort and have never had such a bad experience. We are a family of five and expect a bit of a wait, so we were not surprised when we needed to wait 30 minutes for a table. No big deal. We sit down after waiting. Once seated no one, repeat no one stopped by our table for 15 minutes to so much as get us waters or tell us our waiter would be with us soon. The restaurant was not even close to being busy with open tables all around us. My wife and I made eye contact with wait staff and manager and still, no one came by to see how we were doing. My wife eventually went to the host stand and let the hostess know we still hadn’t had a waiter stop by. We thought maybe we got sat at an unassigned table by accident. Hostess was flippant and unapologetic: “He’s just getting his stuff together.” Needless to say, we left without eating. I’ve eaten here numerous times and have NEVER been treated like this. I understand being short staffed, but don’t act with such great disregard for your customers. Sad to say, I will not be visiting this Margaritaville location in the future. Plenty of other fantastic eating options near by.

This place has really gone downhill. We used to eat here every time we came to Tulsa. I will not waste my money here ever again. The place was freezing. Waitress dropped the entire tray of drinks in front of our table. Water splashed all over one of our friends. No action was taken to make the situation better. The food was very overpriced. The egg rolls used to be amazing. Now they are not the same. I got the Cobb salad. Who puts honey mustard on a salad? Cheese was one melted hunk. Eggs were chunks of rubber. Very disappointing. The volcano show is something better suited for the evening when people are drinking and in the mood to party. It’s more of an annoyance when having a casual lunch. We could not have a conversation with the people at my table because the music was so loud and obnoxious. Do not waste your money. It’s bad overpriced pub food.

This is a great hidden gem in Oklahoma. It was a great staycation for my husband and I. The vibe at the pool doesn’t feel like you are still in Oklahoma. With just a short drive from OKC to Tulsa we felt like we were at a beach resort.
