Had lunch here after my medical. Nice crew but we don’t really like the food. Hubby barely touched the black berry cobbler and he is a sweet tooth. A meal is not complete without dessert. Only thing I like is the really hot coffee.

Well ladies and gentlemen this place is a bit of a hidden gem. Tucked away in small place just off hwy 93 in central sits this quaint little old dineresque. The food came out hot and fresh and the wait time was minimal I ordered the meat 3 from the lunch menu, I got the country fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes with white gravy, Mac and cheese, and green beans the Mac and cheese was good but really wish they’d use rotini noodles and not elbows that’s my only gripe. I would recommend this place to anyone and the people were also very very nice thanks for welcoming a local first timer

This was my 2nd visit and while I will go back to browse the thrift shop occasionally, I won’t eat here again. I am a top tipper because I raised kids alone on tips in the food and beverage business. Tipping another pleases me but this morning, for the first time in my life, I left a 50 cent tip (I made myself leave that ). There was absolutely nothing pleasant about the service and I had to stand at the register to wait to pay my bill because my server and 2 other ladies were sitting nearby watching a video and after I paid, I wad handed my change without a word spoken. It felt like they were bothered. Not pleasant and the food isn’t good enough to not at least be acknowledged for my business.

The food was freshly made, with good hearty portion size, sodas are canned drinks, there are plenty plenty of seating areas, clean bathrooms. The only downside was the waitress wasn’t too awful friendly. Being we are new to the area and that is the only visit we’ve made, mayhaps she was having a rough morning. All in all a decent place to get a meat and 3 type meal.
