My family loves their pizza. I was a little disappointed today, though. I’ve never ordered on a Wednesday before. It’s usually on a Thursday and Friday. On those days, the pizza is so oily, and my double cheese is so goohy. But today, the pizza wasn’t at its best. There was no oil dripping off it when you picked it up, It looked like they forgot to put on my extra cheese, and I said light sauce, and I got no sauce. I’m from NY, and I think it comes pretty close. Can’t forget the Ghirardelli chocolate brownies

Ordered a pizza an hour and a half before going to pick it up. Promise time of 5:30.. got to the store and waited 20 more minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!

I order from Marcos all the time. They are my favorite pizza place. This time I went in to pick up a pizza instead of delivery. Their food is always great. The service and atmosphere was okay. It’s pretty fast paced, so it’s not an ideal dine-in environment, in my opinion. The pizza is always hot, and the toppings are always in ample supply.

Each time I ordered here, the pizza was great. The staff is courteous and friendly and know how to make a delicious pizza. It is nice that they offer online specials, which really helps a families wallet these days!

Had the absolute worse service experience at this Centennial location. Placed an online order and received step by step emails of my order progress. When it said ready, I sent my son to pick up. He was told there was no order under my name. I called the location because I have all receipt/order confirmation with this location address. And my card was charged. I was told I would have to call corporate or their manager tomorrow. Meanwhile, no food and no refund! I do not understand how you run a business with no competent person to make customer service decisions or handle problems. Very disappointing.

Not only is their pizza soooo good (get the parm cheese crust), but the staff is amazing, especially Carli (the manager). My go to location in Vegas (centennial), for local pizza being away from my hometown NY deliciousness! Don’t pass it up even if you’ve had issues at other locations – this place is it!
